The short employee running the line making burritos was extremely kind and very helpful seem to actually care about the customers and look to be one of their best employees very grateful for her.

We were given giant portions!! Maybe it was the time we went (later Sunday evening), but everything from the rice to the carne asada was piled high.

The lady who is currently working the drive thru is excellent. Very on top of the orders and such great customer service!

I can’t say enough about the staff at this Chipotle. They were so cheerful, quick, and kind! Lamar specifically did a wonderful job and made me laugh out loud!

Quality customer service is hard to come by sometimes, but this crew truly made my experience memorable. Each and every person had a smile and worked well as a team.

Doordasher POV:
The store was clean. Reasonably busy. Employees worked well together and helped customers promptly. Polite to customers. Pickup was about a 23min wait after arrival. The cashier was very sweet and offered us dashers a fountain drink for the wait. My only critique as a restaurant manager is better communication with dashers. If its going to be 20 mins let us know. It allows us to choose to unassign the order and/or let the customer know about the wait time. Sometimes customers dont tip due to a long wait time. 😅

Chipotle has the best burritos ever 😂. The customer service was great and the workers were clean and made sure to change their gloves. I rate this place 5 stars, i definitely recommend, and i will be back.

Sunday. 8:15, no steak and no carne asada. If you want it, you have to wait 15 minutes. The guy on the grill is washing the tiles on the wall instead, no fajita peppers and onions either. Forced to buy chicken, the pork carnitas was out as well

Gave me someone else’s order, when I looked at their order I noticed they didn’t even make his order right. Their pick up is terrible and not worth it

Every time I eat food at this location I get terribly sick to the point of vomiting. Please watch temperatures of food and make sure food is fresh and is properly prepared and stored.

I've always have had a good experience here. Walnut Hills and Fairfax are the only two Chipotles i try to go to. Walnut Hills- Nice staff, reasonable portions, and the food is cared for.

Three different times now we’ve stopped in, 7:30, 8:00 and 9:00, (they close at 11) and were told upon entering, “we are out of cheese”.

They serve cheese with everything! How can you be out of the main basic ingredient hour or more before closing ? Consistently over a three week period.
