Chipotle Mexican Grill

It’s trash every time I go no matter what. There’s one employee there that makes the burrito into a ball. I’m not sure because they weren’t training on how to roll a burrito or if they never grasped basic shape recognition as a toddler, but either way it’s not worth going to.

The fact that this place has almost as many one star reviews as five stars really says something. Tonight they didn’t have cheese or forks. But they didn’t tell us about the no forks until after we ordered and when we said we would have ordered tacos had we known, they gave us the dumbest stare. Just shrugged. They don’t care so I don’t care! I will never go to this Chipotle again.

This place is mismanaged not taking care of every time I go in they are out of everything I don't know how you can be out of everything chicken sour cream cheese there is a Kroger's right behind you. The manager blamed it on the GM for being out of stock but this is every single time I go in at 9:30 You have the stuff you were just too lazy to make it. I hope somebody else reads this and never never gets hurt like this

Half the time you get nothing in ur bowl and the other half you get a good portion of food in ur bowl, lock in bro.

While I usually have good experiences when I visit Chipotle this was NOT the case I walked in there was not greeting even at the counter no greeting??2 females who prepared my bowl were Dry inconsiderate and were notActively listening. I paid for two chomchirri sauces and requested vingerete in addition to and The cook while standing at the grill refused in his native tongue to one of the females to grill more Faijta Veggies, He told her to put Raw veggies in my bowl from the other counter this visit was a complete Deterrent.

I ordered takeout to pickup. I walked in to my online order I got ignored by the first worker. Then a second decided to finally acknowledge me. I was told the rice they threw it out so they didn't give it to me. No worries thats fine I could ignore that. I got home the entire meal is ice cold. Not only did I get ignored by a staff member. They didn't fulfill my order completely and then they proceeded to not even attempt to make the order hot. My commute home from the restaurant is 1.1 miles. This is genuinely awful and I felt the need to express my disappointment because the staff were careless aswell.

Went in to get two burritos and the lady taking the order was not trained well.asked her how she was doing and she didn’t saying anything was not welcoming. The lead I suppose was just watching her struggle wrap the burritos and didn’t teach how to do it correctly. Was not a nice experience honestly. I got Half and half protein and lead just complains to guy serving me “you got to work in that is not half and half saying it was double” when it was not a lot already
