I order the salad cause it’s suppose to come w/ honey vinaigrette. Not only do they charge me extra EVERY SINGLE TIME, THEY DONT EVEN PUT THE SAUCE IN THE BAG! 3 times I’ve been charged and no sauce. Customer service is no help. Help on app is useless. Don’t go to thìs location and if you do, check your receipt. I unfortunately got mine delivered thru the app so driver didnt check. (Nor is the dashers job)

Absolutely terrible customer service. All of the workers appear stressed and overwhelmed. I have yet to be met with a smiling face/ friendly interaction. I only visit this place out of convenience, on my lunch break. However, this will be my very last time. We are all simply trying to survive and make ends meet, however, we must remember that customers are the heart of the business.Customers are the one’s who make it possible to feed our families. If you don’t like your job and can’t deliver quality customer service then QUIT!

Rating 1 star for customer service, I do food reviews and specifically went there for the red Chimichurri Sauce for my youtube. I was given vinaigrette i went back and the cashier said I asked for vinaigrette, like how are you going to argue with me when the main reason for me going was to try the new Sauce. I know i didn't say vinaigrette I dont even like vinaigrette.

This location charged me $1.40 for queso blanco on three separate occasions & I never requested the melted cheese nor extra cheese, etc..
Please make sure that you request your receipt & check it!

On many occasions I have been there well before close (one at 9pm) and they where out of cheese, white rice, Pico, beans chips and quac and both chicken. I definitely understand if it was a few minutes before close but at 9 is ridiculous! I used to work at chipotle and we would put protein on grill even if we where close to close. Chips and quac are also understanding closer to close since they do take more time. But out of cheese and rice?! I said I'd wait for more protein to be grilled and they said the person who ran the grill was on break.. that's just poor planning. I keep trying to give them benefit of the doubt and maybe where having a bad day but alas they keep missing the mark!.

Hola! Just stopped by to get a honey chipotle chicken bowl to go. It was great as usual.
However I wanted to shout at to the lady working for being so patient with a hard to please customer. This guy kept literally asking for more of this, more of that and extra this extra that because he was trying to feed him and his 2 kids off of one bowl.
She could barely get the lid on!
She was still so nice and pleasant afterwards

Terrible staff & service, I was in que for 1 Veggie Bowl which is the only thing we always have from here bcoz its near to our location & we love having the Chipotle Veggie Bowl. Ruddiest staff ever seen here with very bad attitude towards the service, feels like you are in hood. This time I feel lucky myself for having Fajita Mix in my Bowl & empty container of Cheese & Guacamole.
They were out of Cheese & Guac so nicely i asked them to see another counter if u have it or not but the very poorly trained staff start arguing & Threw my veggie bowl in the Garbage (xtremely bad attitude). Being a kind ask them to substitute the cheese with Queso. Lady with her attitude said no - will cost extra. That's how she got trained so its okay. Your staff look like here to shutdown this place or want to take Grated Cheese at their Home ?? Be serious, make an eyes open & have your surveillance in order so you can see what's going to your location ? Good Luck
