I order a bowl without meat and 9 times out of 10 there are chunks of meat within the bowl making my meal inedible. After this happening 4x in a row it’s safe to say I’m not eating here anymore.

My partner & I just left the restaurant ordered 2 chicken bowls, went home put some on a plate & blessed it & bit down on ice cold food. I called them immediately & spoke with Kayla who disputed my complaint!!!!!

This has been the worst Chipotle I've ever been. The portion aren't right and they always run out of something, I'm not coming back to this location, they don't even tell you that they run out of stock of something , some people even walk out after being waiting in line for a little while. Cause they don't inform you about what they don't have till you are at front trying to build your dish .. im this happen to me every time I go there and isn't even 8 o'clock

Sierra and Isaiah had amazing service tonight and every night I come here today I was having an especially bad day and they noticed and cheered me up. Go them!
I come every night and Sierra the manager is always so kind. She is respectful and helpful and super friendly. You should go to this Chipotle.

Seems to be a mismanaged location unfortunately or maybe just too popular? I order frequently and either have a messed up and very late pickup order 9 times out of ten or lots of missing menu items when I order in. Open until 11, but out of half the menu by 5.

Ordering food online from chipotle is so IRRITATING! I swear.. they don’t care about how they make your order. I asked for extra green sauce, they give me light. I asked for extra corn, they give me light. I asked for light sour cream and they give regular amount. Barely any rice. Oh! And my lid wasn’t even on tight when I picked it up out of the bag ? it was open. At this rate they owe me another bowl for free is how I see it!! Because this is ridiculous. It’s the same thing each time you order online.
