Out of half the ingredients over an hour before close with no plans to make more. I'd say go to a different location but they're all like this these days, always out of everything

I think a few quality control steps were missed. Stalest chips I have ever been given, salty guac, and too much sour cream.

Just man....idk how you put beans on something I said no beans on. Must've looked away for a split second. And idk if I'm being messed with but when I tell u my order and u make it in front of me I shouldn't have to watch ur every move. I say no beans so to put beans on it means ur going out ur way to mess up, and do more work? Just I am done with fast food in general thank you Chipotle, you probably are saving my life in 25 years because you are the straw breaking my back. Every place now a days has gotten my order wrong or either the toppings, the whole order is just not mine or it's been disgusting and expensive. Thanks again really. Lol

They claimed they where out of bowls, cups, rice, FORKS?! When I asked how to eat it, the worked said use your hands. I ordered what I could, but food tasted funny. The worker told me he put his special sauce in it. They where also only playing HH by Ye on repeat. I also found more hair than chicken in my meal. DO NOT RECCOMEND

i don’t understand why this place advertises OPEN TILL 11. when they literally put up the chairs inside at 8:30 and stop making chips literally 2.5hr before they close. Not coming back . nice staff tho

I went into chipotle around 3pm 5/31/25. I first would like to say the store is nice and brand new. When I first walked up to the counter there were 2 people that I could remember. There was a young black gentleman with tattoos, and a nice white lady at the check out. As I approached they were stalking, and someone said “we will be with you in one moment” . I then preceded to say “take your time”. While leaning on the wall looking at the menu the black gentleman then says “excuse me” in a rude tone and waved his hands . I then walked up to the counter, orders my food, and left the store. The black gentleman the entire time kept giving me dirty/ cold looks and I really don’t appreciate it. When got home to open my bag I noticed my queso was at the bottom opened. THEN, the kids meal cheese was like that. All the chicken was burnt so bad I couldn’t even bite/ eat it. I am a college student just trying to shop at the hyde park Kroger, and then get lunch at chipotle before returning to UC. The experience that I received today was very disappointing coming from Hyde park. On top of that the lady never gave me a receipt. My juice box was covered in queso before I washed it off. I tried to call the store, but it said “all staff are busy and cannot answer the phone”.

This is probably one of the worst chipotles I’ve ever been to. The employees always look annoyed or unhappy to see you, the restaurant is always dirty, and the run out of things frequently. Don’t ever think about ordering your food for pickup or delivery because they were skimp you on everything they can except rice. Always tried to order double protein and they never even gave me a normal portion of it. Avoid this spot if you can.

I get my money well worth spent and I am very appreciative of how patient and understanding the crew is. Everything is always made fresh and I've never been disappointed. Always my preferred location for chipotle. They have been consistent for over a decade!!!! (which says a lot if you are a frequent Chipotle patron). I hadn't been back in some time and the staff made this trip special for me.

Sierra is a super credible manager and always (truly) hears customer concerns! (I overheard a customer berating her today over something that was microscopic and she took it in stride and gave the customer such grace- even though the concern was out of her control. It's good to see young people who have moral values!! Kudos!) This was the main reason for my review this evening...as it's 11:23p 😅

Also Sydnei was a doll! Amazing customer service, even when i arrived 20 mins before closing!

Thanks Joey for hiring stellar staff! Those ladies deserve a raise! seriously 🙌🏾

Yes, this is one of the cleanliest chains, but today was our second time attempting to eat here this week because you ran out of sour cream 3 hours before close. This is unacceptable, and disappointing. Whomever does the order needs to order more!!! At the end of the day, your losing customers and throwing away product!!!
