The absolute worst chipotle from staff to food I have ever been to

The food is still the same. 29 minute wait for 2 ingredients for 1 burrito and 1 bowl. I went in for lunch last week and had to wait while a worker ignored waiting customers to wipe a clean counter. Solid 3 minutes to wipe a counter at 1230pm. Edit: was told I would have to wait 21 minutes for brown rice at 745 pm. Dinner time.

I placed a DoorDash order for pickup and sent my mother into the restaurant to collect it. When she arrived, the staff told her the order had already been picked up. My mother explained that the order was not assigned to a Dasher and should not have been taken, and she showed proof that it was still marked as ready for pickup.
Despite this, the staff were dismissive and spoke to her in a rude manner, even exchanging looks that made it seem as though they did not believe her. This was upsetting, as my mother is a very kind and honest person and would never misrepresent a situation like this.
While I appreciate that the food was eventually remade, I am very disappointed by how my mother was treated. The situation could have been handled with much more professionalism and respect.

1st time ever at this location. Line was extremely long. This isn't uncommon at a Chipotle, but this time it took 40 minutes to get thru the line. That isn't typical in my experience. They were out of products such as the veggies, but that is also common with most of the Chipotle locations lately. Food was pretty good overall. Service was mediocre.

Always crowded, lines long, you would think that means fresh. Food looks old, had to ask for fresh food to be brought out. Cooked very well. Needs to look cleaner and more inviting. Counter needed to be wiped down. It Is okay to wait one more minute to wipe down instead of sliding food bowls down through the previous order. Everyone was pleasant. Food did taste good. Someone also needs to tend to dining room constantly.

A joke

I got there at 10:20pm and they had everything pick up and put away. Don’t even try coming in AT ALL! I’m telling you they need better staff

It’s 8:19P on a Saturday night. We drove to the Colerain location that’s supposed to be open till 11P. They’re only accepting online orders- nothing in store.

This place is always out of one thing or another, can’t take cash one day, can’t take card another day. If you order pickup from here - your order will be wrong. I’m very chill about fast food restaurants being chaotic and disorganized but like - every single time? Not worth it to stand in line for 20 minutes to be told they don’t have rice or cheese or whatever else that day. Avoid this location, you’ll most likely be disappointed.

10 ppl here .. one person working the line and register … dumbest shit I ever seen

I came to get some food at 1115 am, the stores doors were locked and they were supposed to be open at 1045. The employees were clearly inside doing online orders and ignoring the line of patrons standing at the door outside. Every other time I’ve came in the past couple of months they’ve ran out of cheese or some other essential ingredient. They have the staff but they’re clearly incompetent because as busy as this location is, they can’t seem to function correctly.

I went to place two orders my wife and I were telling the chipotle employee what we want for our bowls and shockingly the employee filled up the bowl so much with rice, unlike the other times they serviced us and they gave us less than half a scoop of chicken. I’m not the type of person to leave bad reviews but as a person that worked in fast food chains back in the day, I honestly felt like I was being played.
