Don’t waste your time or money. This location is terrible, my food was extra salty the service was very unprofessional. Not to mention after 6pm they start running out of everything cause they’re too lazy to go get stuff. I don’t get it I will honestly never go back to this location EVER!. 0/10

I love chipotle, but corporate has GOT to help this location out. They’re frequently understaffed. The last time I went, the two lids on our mobile order were placed on the wrong bowls. We took them back and they remade them, but after checking the remade bowls before we left we caught multiple mistakes (cheese was clearly printed on the bowl label but not put on the food; fajitas was clearly printed on the other bowl label and not put on the food). I don’t think the workers are being lazy. I think they need more help. Big time.

This people are a waste of time. I placed an online order. They got one of my orders wrong, didn’t add the things I wanted. Not only that, they took about 40 mins to get my order ready.

You should not have to wait 30+ minutes extra if you put an order in an hour ahead of time. The employees are trying hard, I blame shit management for not hiring enough people for online orders.

The most poorly managed Chipotle I’ve ever came across it’s always something here out of chicken , out of lids they always out of something just told me it’s a 20 min wait on chicken at 1pm in the afternoon other day out of lettuce before I only go there because it’s a couple min from my house but I really dislike this location

December 11th post: The food quality is not acceptable at the Colerain location. No food should be so salty and sloppy.

I placed an online order for a single item(a burrito) I supposed to pick it up at 2:40 I got a notification that my order was ready but it wasn’t I got my order at 3 o’clock, but I can’t blame the workers I think is lack of management or I don’t know, how do you expect to run a restaurant with one person on the line taking orders and making rice other person making online orders and the manager or supervisor at the register, you can see dirty stuff everywhere, is sad to see that nobody cares I read few reviews of 6 months and more ago and obviously no body has done anything to fix this

Update 11/22/24 : We haven't ate chipotle since the last fiasco and I'll never return, I just my money back! I ordered delivery because I don't have transportation. I live 2 mins away and I can't even get my on food. But $51, with of crap! I paid for extra meat, cheese, the fixing on 2 of our bowls and the sloppy dog food bowls they sent was a disgrace. I had to get a ride up there to take the bowls back, we only wanted to have our food remade properly and with what we actually ordered, mine literally had no rice. They told my nephew to contact Pepper who whoever that is, but Pepper isn't who took my money. The manager didn't even bother looking in the bag. After the BBB, I'm posting to news station, every Colerain site, Google and yelp. Just shut down already because the sorry employee have given this company such a bad look, they'll follow the other chains bankruptcy footsteps! My rating is ZERO 0

The girl was changing the food pans while the guy was making our bowls dripping bottom pan water on in our food I told her wait until he moved the food, come on common sense. They had one scoop of cold dried steak it would've been a 15 min wait on it , they charged regular price. I see why I don't eat here, I pickup for others. The food cross contaminated dragging the fajita mix across the rice dropping it.

This is literally the worst chiplote in ohio. I keep giving them a try and same BS

I waited in line for 23 minutes for staff to tell me that they were out of sofrita. They were running out of all of the protein and messing up orders. They were not even telling customers that they were running out of items. Staff was conversing with each other too much instead of taking care of customers. The place was just really chaotic. I would not go to this location again.

Vegetarian options: Sofrita and vegetables are the only vegetarian options.
