This place is always out of one thing or another, can’t take cash one day, can’t take card another day. If you order pickup from here - your order will be wrong. I’m very chill about fast food restaurants being chaotic and disorganized but like - every single time? Not worth it to stand in line for 20 minutes to be told they don’t have rice or cheese or whatever else that day. Avoid this location, you’ll most likely be disappointed.

I came to get some food at 1115 am, the stores doors were locked and they were supposed to be open at 1045. The employees were clearly inside doing online orders and ignoring the line of patrons standing at the door outside. Every other time I’ve came in the past couple of months they’ve ran out of cheese or some other essential ingredient. They have the staff but they’re clearly incompetent because as busy as this location is, they can’t seem to function correctly.

I went to place two orders my wife and I were telling the chipotle employee what we want for our bowls and shockingly the employee filled up the bowl so much with rice, unlike the other times they serviced us and they gave us less than half a scoop of chicken. I’m not the type of person to leave bad reviews but as a person that worked in fast food chains back in the day, I honestly felt like I was being played.

They’ve been out of at least one thing legitimately every time I’ve been here. Tried again tonight and they were out of steak, chicken, corn, cheese, sour cream and chips. Placed a pickup order and they just made it despite the fact that they were out of most of what I got on it, then told me they couldn’t refund my order. Last time I came I was told by one employee that they were out of sour cream, then saw another sigh and go get it out of the back. I’m pretty convinced that most of the employees are just too lazy to do their jobs lmao

I’ve tried giving this location another chance but they Always mess up the orders especially if you do it online. First time they have me someone else’s order and when I went to the store they were incredibly rude. Ordered again 4 weeks after the first incident. I did a chicken bowl they didn’t put any chicken. They loaded it with extra rice which covered it up with cheese and sour cream. Chipotle has gone down hill.

My family, 3of us, just left the 9430 Colerain Avenue location in Cincinnati Ohio. We were told that they did not have rice for walk-in customers, but only for online orders. There was no one else in the restaurant and they couldn't give us 3 bowls of rice! Even after they admitted that they had 3 pans of rice available. We got a Lyft there and had to get a Lyft home. Which is at least 15.00. I am disgusted with how we were just treated!!!!

Me and my family went here last night for dinner. At the register Siara had just returned from the restroom and she decided to open up our food with no gloves on. I have never had them open my food at the register. We told her that was unsanitary and asked why did she do that? She took that personal and said she was not going to ring out our food. She put our food behind the counter and she walked away and went to the back.While waiting we requested a manager, who was no help other than ringing our food up. The manager lied and said she couldn't tell us her name or the employee's name for legal reasons. SMH Chipotle really needs to invest in customer service training with their employees. This is my second time coming to this location and having horrible customer service at the register with some young, unprofessional, untrained and unpleasant young lady.
