Person making food didn't really know what they were doing. Every table in there was dirty.

Atrocious wait time. No honey chipotle chicken. Heavily promoted specialty item and it’s not available. Make it make sense. When asked how long until it would be ready, was told they were not sure. One guy in the kitchen, put chicken on the grill and disappeared. All of the staff has long hair and no hair nets. Guy at the beginning of the line puts three spoonfuls of rice but half a scoop of meat. Staff couldn’t be bothered to do their jobs, walking into the back coming back out eating touching their hair then the same gloves they are putting on to serve food, all while there is a line to the door. Poor management, poor service and even poorer hygiene standards!

So I just left the chipotle on glenway and it’s a younger woman working the line by herself it’s two managers in the back screaming and cussing this was around 230-3pm it’s one cashier cleaning the dining room and one grill person in the back NOBODY and I mean NOBODY helped her she did a line of atleast 15-20 people I tipped her personally I would really work on atmosphere because there is none at this restaurant but the front line cashier and definitely your tortilla person I left chipotle as a apprentice and it really made me made to see this kinda service I would definitely look into replacing a couple people especially the the people cussing in front of a line of kids and found that more important then coming to deliver excellent customer service I would have given it five stars just because of your tortilla person but the rest of the service was terrible thanks again.

Chipotle has went so far down hill. It's just a McDonald's in a shitty neighborhood now..trashy . Dried out food . Hood music and overall terrible customer service. The corp don't care they know you will buy it.

At store 5555 the young Black man that cooks the food was out in the lobby talking to another worker, a when he went back to where the food was he did not wash his hands!!! I asked him to wash his hands an he ignored me… That is unsanitary an yes he needs to be talked to

3/28/25 10pm staff has a horrible attitude and portion size is insane! It was a mess. Super dirty. Had to request extra everything and although I was willing to pay extra the portions were BARELY normal portions. Definitely not getting your moneys worth. The bad reviews are not exaggerating. I doubt the managers care after all the complaints and bad reviews and still no change obviously.

The whole place looked like it was the apocalypse. I had been told by Yasmeen I had 2 entree credits and the manager there wouldn’t validate them and said that she told her I only had one. They had one person doing everything upfront. Nothing was stocked and I mean nothing!! Garbage all over the floor, the drink machines were all out, there were no forks or napkins. The place looked the end of times and after the last 3 times being there I’d say they really need for it to be. The whole staff looked like overworked zombies.
Went to pick up an online order. We were late by 20 minutes but it didn't matter because our order hadn't even been started. There was a young staff working that night. Only one of them was trying to hurry things along and please the customers. There were only 2 people making everyone's orders. I understand being understaffed and workers being tired but having to wait over an hour for 4 burritos/bowls was ridiculous! It could have been a bad night. I may try them again in the future.

This location is horrible. How can you be out of half the menu items 3 hours before close? It's clearly not fresh if they're not willing to make any food more frequently than that. My chicken was dry and burnt. Save yourself some trouble and take your appetite and money elsewhere.

Man, it sucks to see how far this Chipotle has fallen. I've been coming here for years and it seems like it just gets worse and worse with time. I saw a sign saying that this location is open until 11pm but when I went in to place my order they were out of basic menu items. How can you be open until 11 if you can't even get through a dinner rush. It's been this way for months now and it's so disappointing. To make matters worse the serving stations were a complete mess and the staff (aside from the cashier and 1 of the servers) were rude and seemed to not even want to be there.

Went to pick up an online order. We were late by 20 minutes but it didn't matter because our order hadn't even been started. There was a young staff working that night. Only one of them was trying to hurry things along and please the customers. There were only 2 people making everyone's orders.
