Me and my girlfriend go in for an order. The guy in front of us gets five bows and request white rice. The worker only put two white rice in two other three bowls. We were also getting white rice, so I asked a worker if they were at a white rice. The cook in the back behind the worker said we got you on white rice but because the guy in front of us was Hispanic he wasn't aware that he just got played on three bowls and only got two white rice and three brown rice all because the workers didn't want to fill the white rice bow up. When the worker said that they didn't have any more white rice we decided we were going to leave and that's when the cook in the background said we have white rice and a quiet manner so the Hispanic guy in front of us couldn't hear it although he probably didn't know English anyway. When we started to make our food the lady sprinkled chicken crumbs on my girlfriend's bow l, I simply asked her for a little bit more chicken because the chicken that was on the bowl was burnt and it was crummy. The worker then put a little bit more chicken on the bow and then when we get up to the front the worker said charge for double chicken on both bowl. This restaurant does not care about their jobs nor the customers. It is always something with this place. I go to this restaurant a lot because I really like the store manager she is Nice. However I just think that the company gets way too many employees coming and going and they are not aware on how a bowl should be properly made. One day I will go there and get what I consider is fair The next day I would go there and get what I consider dog food. This place is a coin toss and it always lands on the side that you don't want. One out of five stars

Worst Chipotle experience I’ve ever had. The staff were rude, the portions were extremely small, and the food looked like scraps. I asked for extra chicken, was charged for it, but was given barely a quarter of a scoop. The restaurant was also dirty and poorly maintained. Very disappointing.

This is a terrible restaurant. I had to wait half an hour for my food, which I refused. When they tried to charge me, how is it possible that they start playing with the food right in front of you, mixing it up like it's a kindergarten where they have to play with the food so you'll buy it? My stomach could do that! I don't understand why they're such awful workers, why they're so slow. If they can't handle the job, they should just hire more people. It's really frustrating to see this, always a long line waiting and then see so many people leave without their food.

This is thee worst location I have ever been too,the manager is rude and belittles the employees,they penny pinch every ingredient,tiny portions then god forbid you get half and half they attempt to charge you double ,ingredients look like they ran down the street to krogers to mix up pico ,very Hostile work environment,not at all welcoming at all .. I remember when the manager started as a new employee “Mexican woman” she is very rude not helpful and Entitled…. My rice was grainey ,tomato’s were closer to yellow then red ,meat was dry … they give you a little and overcharge

If I could give 0 stars I would. This is the worst place to eat at EVER. The workers make it even worse. So I went in with my boyfriend and two kids spent almost 60 dollars. I ask for no rice she gave me rice and said thats how we make our bowels here you have to get rice. Then I ask for extra meat she gave one spoon and then added literally two small extra pieces of chicken in the bowel and charged me for extra chicken. I ask for corn salsa cheese and lettuce and she goes on to add spur cream in my bowel which I cant eat either. She refused to remake my bowel and threw my bowel on the counter and ask me to leave and stop being so rude and picky

They always got an attitude like its your fault they gotta do their job. Don't do pick up they will always make it wrong.

Atrocious wait time. No honey chipotle chicken. Heavily promoted specialty item and it’s not available. Make it make sense. When asked how long until it would be ready, was told they were not sure. One guy in the kitchen, put chicken on the grill and disappeared. All of the staff has long hair and no hair nets. Guy at the beginning of the line puts three spoonfuls of rice but half a scoop of meat. Staff couldn’t be bothered to do their jobs, walking into the back coming back out eating touching their hair then the same gloves they are putting on to serve food, all while there is a line to the door. Poor management, poor service and even poorer hygiene standards!
