Went in at 8:38 pm, mind you they don’t close until 11:00pm. They looked as if they were irritated because people came in to order food.. on top of that the freaking food is soooo bland and the rice is hard! Ugh whoever in the back needs to get fired ASAP or more training.. spent a good amount for the chips to just taste like regular tortilla chips. So mad.

The workers on 8/27 were PHENOMENAL! 10/10. Their customer service was beyond amazing.

Wait in line for almost 30 minutes and it wasn't even busy. Trash cans overflowing onto the floor. And cashier's that touch your food without gloves on.

This is the second I ordered for pickup, I asked for corn salsa, fajita veggies and extra sour cream. They didn’t add any of these items and I paid full price. May be we should be opening box every time to check if the items were added right. Shame on this location to cheat customers.

The staff just walked away when there were people waiting at the counter. I had already gotten my food, so it didn't affect me, but odd to see people waiting to get food and no employee to help them. Though, I did have to grab my own drink cup because the employee at the register didn't give me one. All the utensil cups were empty as well.

Everytime I go into this establishment they never have any vinaigrette I was in there and they were just sitting around I’ve gone to plenty of other locations and there constantly working and making things such as vinaigrette. And I heard them talking about rolling blunts. I’d rather go to any other establishment/ location

This is the worst chipotle I have ever been too. And the creepy dude with ear gages is annoying and creepy and needs to be fired.

This place is a rip off.. I paid 11$ for a bowl.. got a spoonfull of sour cream and gauc.. but chicken in my bowl was sparse.. not even to fill the stomach of a 2 year old..

Gerren was dope! Give him a raise! Other than that, super disappointing chipotle! After the 3rd time of being out of ingredients and lack luster customer service I figured i’d speak up. This location needs some revamping! And from what i’ve heard it’s been like this for years! THIS LOCATION NEEDS IMPROVEMENTS.

Filthy counters where food is prepared when it was not even crowded at 7pm on a Saturday. They were out of white rice, chipotle honey chicken, and corn salsa and weren’t making any more. They had a sign up that their whole soda machine was down too. Just very bad all around.

I think I can speak for the majority who have visited this location… it was approximately 10:16 when me and a group of co-workers who decided after a long day of work we could come back and enjoy a nice bowl of chipotle on a Friday night. However, after walking in there we were to be greeted by a man at the counter saying they are out of everything and closing for the night. I hope chipotle corporate can see this and learn how to fix it, after reading other reviews and talking I have learned that this has been an ongoing occurrence for years now. With portion sizes going down, customer service tanking, and now, closing early?! Chipotle you have to do better, you have just lost a customer.

I had not had chipotle for a while and thought I would stop in and get a bowl. They were out of all my favorites, including sour cream, lettuce, black beans. I got a bag of chips and they were stale. How do you run out of sour cream, lettuce and black beans? Definitely not a good experience.
