I was just in there ordering food and the young black man that’s a manager was helping me was being treating bad by his boss. That general manager needs to go I come In here a lot but mostly mornings besides tonight and he always treating his employees wrong. I will not be back to this location. Other then tht to the young guy helping me keep a head up

Why are you letting people stand outside your store asking for donations that start at a minimum of $30 charged to a credit card outside your store? That's almost 4x the cost of a burrito. Not classy. I don't want to be haggled during lunch and feel like an asshole if I don't donate.

I work in the area and will normally go to another restaurant, I wanted something different and visited Chipotle. This food is by far the absolute worst food I’ve ever had. A coworker picked up the order and I paid for extra protein, it was not received, extra veggies, nope hardly any at all, the food was disgustingly thrown together and was cold. There were beans spillage all over the place. The food was so disgusting I threw it in the trash. This is a testament to the service and employees who would even serve food to anyone like this. I’m furious that I even wasted money at this location.

Went in at 8:38 pm, mind you they don’t close until 11:00pm. They looked as if they were irritated because people came in to order food.. on top of that the freaking food is soooo bland and the rice is hard! Ugh whoever in the back needs to get fired ASAP or more training.. spent a good amount for the chips to just taste like regular tortilla chips. So mad.

Wait in line for almost 30 minutes and it wasn't even busy. Trash cans overflowing onto the floor. And cashier's that touch your food without gloves on.

This is the second I ordered for pickup, I asked for corn salsa, fajita veggies and extra sour cream. They didn’t add any of these items and I paid full price. May be we should be opening box every time to check if the items were added right. Shame on this location to cheat customers.

The staff just walked away when there were people waiting at the counter. I had already gotten my food, so it didn't affect me, but odd to see people waiting to get food and no employee to help them. Though, I did have to grab my own drink cup because the employee at the register didn't give me one. All the utensil cups were empty as well.

Everytime I go into this establishment they never have any vinaigrette I was in there and they were just sitting around I’ve gone to plenty of other locations and there constantly working and making things such as vinaigrette. And I heard them talking about rolling blunts. I’d rather go to any other establishment/ location

This place is a rip off.. I paid 11$ for a bowl.. got a spoonfull of sour cream and gauc.. but chicken in my bowl was sparse.. not even to fill the stomach of a 2 year old..
