Order Accuracy Issues That Never Get Fixed
- Ordered a chicken burrito, no beans; got pork with beans.
- Similar mistakes have happened frequently on other visits.
- The Chipotle near my home gets it right—staff here may just be incompetent.
- No remake, refund, or apology when the error was flagged.
- I’ll switch to the other burrito place near work until this store starts taking two seconds to check orders before sealing them.
- Very dissatisfied (and hungry).

Last time coming here. Pretty pathetic for a steak bowl and chicken bowl.

This is by far the worst chipotle we have ever gone to, and unfortunately, it is our backyard location. Every time we order via the app, the items are wrong. It’s absurd, that they cannot get an order right. How is that possible, as I’ve literally selected every item for you, it shouldn’t be hard to follow.
I don’t think I have ever received brown rice in my order, It’s almost like it’s a myth. Every order I get has white rice with very little vegetables and no hot sauce. This is not what I ordered and its is beyond frustrating. It’s not like your food is cheap. When I do complain via the app, they never take appropriate action. They just want to placate me with a free beverage, which is not OK because my entire item is ruined, omitting an item or substituting an item without my permission does not make my order edible.

Get better Chipolte.

It's this brown skin guy that works at chipotle he is sooooo fine 😩 as long as he works there chipotle can have all my money .. I eat here at least once a week.

Don't order extra anything for pickup from this location. They will give you the equivalent of war time rations for a $16 bowl... They also forgot the drink and tortilla added.

My order was all wrong on top of that it was like half of the size of the bowl. Never come here

Good food all the time

Every time I come in after work recently (9pm-10pm) I have the friendliest staff! They always take great care of me and make a delicious meal!! The manager is very funny and does a great job too... He made my day!

Seems to have really improved the last month or two I've been everything has been really good

I ordered a Barbacoa bowl with pinto beans, two salsas, rice, lettuce and cheese and this is the amount of lettuce and cheese they put on it. Careful when ordering through the app, this place has done this to me multiple times skimping on portions when using the app... The Barbacoa is usually not broken up well from here either and still has the connective tissue attached throughout all the meat pieces. Apparently I need to open all me food before leaving.

Just got lunch here about 10 minutes ago, chicken was barley edible and rice seemed like it was dunked in a bath of oil. Never again will i eat at this location.

Not much chicken, too shredded and alot of gristle too. Some lettuce was questionable.

Second time our online take out order didn’t come with the guacamole that we paid extra for.

Worst chipotle around. Always out of stuff.
