Ceasar and Julie are just absolutely fantastic. They are hard-working individuals! They are both truly respectful with consideration of their age and working in fast food. Its rough to get employees now a days let alone hard- working and sincerely caring employees! They both deserve raises in my professional opinion. They are management material seriously!!! This is the only Chipotle i will get food from just because of their attention to detail and respectful mannerisms! Thanks for what you both do it makes a difference, I promise!!

Ordered online asked for: rice, chicken, beans, fajita veggies, tomato, corn, lettuce, sour cream guac. When I picked up my order they said sorry they were out of: fajita veggies, tomato, lettuce, and guac. How the hell does a restaurant that only has to keep track of 10 things run out of nearly half of them.And I placed this order at 8:30pm, the place is supposed to be open until 11pm. I feel bad for some dude who ordered a burrito at 10:45pm, probably ended up with a tortilla filled with napkins and some sour cream.

App order was 16 min later than the pick up time. An ingredient I paid extra for was missing. The size of the burrito was half the normal size as well! Do not order to go from this location! Super slow and a very stingy portion AND/OR missing ingredients!

I guess chipotle is trying to save money. For a $20 door dash I should have at least gotten my bowl full. Are they so broke they can only afford 1 scoop of each? I plan to share and I only got a half bowl. Very disappointed! So I contacted Pepper on the website and went through that about 4 times and gave up because it was pointless. So I thought 1 more chance let's just see if it's a mistake and same crap the next time too. This is ridiculous. I'll definitely find another place to order from! I'll not waste the money a 3rd time. Sorry Chris the website is not helpful

I ordered a burrito bowls and they gave me a half of the bowl I asked for extra sour I didn't get it I asked for guac they charged me a full price and I get a little tiny bit !! If they're going to serve half of the portion they should charge half of the the the workers are very pushy they won't even give you time to think about what you want to get !

I saw reviews for this Chipotle and thought, “Nah, it can’t be that bad.” Pride comes before the fall… it WAS that bad and more. We tried to get dinner there around 7:15 on a Wednesday night. It closes at 11pm. After waiting in an abnormally slow line, we went to order.Me - Steak tacos, please.Worker - We are out of steak.Me - For the night?Worker - Ya.Me - Okay, carne asada.Worked - Don’t have that either.Me-Chicken?Worker - Yes we have that.Me - Great, I’ll have chicken tacos with cheese, lettuce, pico and guacamole.Worker - we don’t have pico or guac.Me - uhhhh ok.Other Worker - people love chipotle!Me - what about the guac over there? (Pointing to a full container at the pick-up line)Worker - you can’t have that, it’s for pick-up only. If I give you that, I’ll get fired.I got what I could, got home and no surprise… forgot all the salsas for the chips.Never once did anyone say sorry or even act apologetic. Never go here, please. Don’t be like me, the horrible reviews are completely legitimate.

Stopped in Sunday night 12/3 at about 7p..First off, the only place I go for good food IS Chipotle. The prep table was a mess! Empty pans stacked high. The staff was interested in something else other than me. The tomato salsa was really spicy..like way too. Very out of character for this, my favorite location. I live near. Food wasn't good at all mushy beans, dry chicken..nothing had that good consistent fresh flavor. I'll give it a few months and maybe try back. There was definitely enough help...they just weren't interested.

I’m not a food critic or anything but I came here with my girl and it was real bad I got a burrito and asked for chipotle vinaigrette and they were all out which made me sad but it was fine. My girl asked me to go get her some chips and they were all out of that too want hot sauce all out of that and that. The queso had a thick crust on it and was unbearable to look at the employees were living and chatting it up when they could have been making more chips and vinaigrette! I’m sick just typing this up. But I got my moneys worth when I asked for a water cup and got lemon aid instead of water.

Whoever your employees were the evening of 8/2/2023 around 8pm should be reprimanded if not fired. I witnessed yelling and completely unprofessional behavior. Not all employees but the majority. I also waited on my mobile order for several minutes before I had to ask about and finally learn that the employees doing nothing decided to make my order at that point. I highly recommend reviewing the camera footage and review employee behavior.
