I pick up food quite a bit from here. Usually it's amazing. Today was horrible. I ordered the loaded waffle fries and they were cold. So, I asked to just simply warm them up in the microwave rather than to completely have it remade. Well they forgot about me. The server didn't come back to check on me and my mom ate all of her food before I had to physically get up and go to the kitchen myself to let the waitress know that she forgot about ne and to take it off of my...
