So, while the animatronics are unfortunately gone and replaced by a depressing wall and TV, the experience actually wasn't terrible! And that's pretty surprising for a corporate title that's became entirely soulless. All token games are also gone, so I suppose those are more trinkets lost to time. They only had one guy working, and major props to him, they need to give the man a raise! I basically just played skeeball the entirety of my visit, but they had a alright variety of games. Would I return? Oddly enough, yes, it was weirdly a enjoyable experience.

We just celebrated a birthday here and had a great experience. The timeline was followed well. The food came out on time and was as tasty as always. The party planner, I believe her name was Kim, was wonderful. We really enjoyed it and it seems like they've made a lot of changes in the last 18 months for the better.

Felt like I was in a rap video with the amount of ghetto adults outnumbering the kids, some women were dressed very inappropriate, I can understand why there's a limit on beer. Overall a positive experience. The place was clean, the staff were helpful but flustered. The games were all working, the interactive dance floor with chuck e is a great memory for the little ones. Pizza was pretty greasy but it was still good, the game cards make jumping into a game very easy my 4 year old had it figured out. Just be prepared for chaos and don't feel compelled to stay very long if you get aggravated easily.
Most of all the friendliness of staff top tier 👌. The games where fun and well set up for young ones and adults.. I had with me 4 young Autistic adults and the noise level seemed comfortable for them. The lights however bright where still pleasing and inviting..

We did the party package for my son, and it was THE EASIEST MOST FUN PARTY that we've had thus far. The host Isabella was awesome and kept us on track and made it all go so smoothly. I appreciate the staff at this location for making us and our guests feel so welcomed.
