I started coming here because they had genmaicha. Now I’m a tea nerd and it’s all their fault.

Knowledgeable friendly staff, many tea varieties, fresh hot sample tea, can buy a hot cup or cold iced tea, beautiful setting, cafe type porch setting available to relax with your cup of favorite tea, tea pots available and mesh fusers, very good experience shopping here, plenty of parking on Madison Rd Cincinnati Ohio

My first time in a tea shop. The staff were extremely professional and helpful. There was an excellent selection. The shop was clean and well organized. Overall a great first experience.

Staff is very helpful and accommodating. Most of the teas are on a wall to smell and they always have some type of tea to sample. Parking isn’t the greatest but it’s not bad considering the location.

Every time I visit I am greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff who have helped me find my favorite teas. Very high quality and good service, as well as plenty of tea accessories. I love Churchills!

I love this store. The tea selection is wonderful!

The best tea shop around! Their loose leaf teas are divine! When I’m in the area, I love to get a hot or cold tea to try something new at the stop. I would definitely recommend trying them out!

I've never had a bad experience at Churchill's! I always make a point of stopping by at least one location when I'm in Cincinnati, and the Hyde Park shop was clean, organized, and the staff were both friendly and knowledgeable. I purchased a tasting box for both myself and my mother when I was in, which went over well as an early mother's day gift. My only complaint is that there isn't a location in what is now my hometown- all the more reason to eventually splurge on a "Tea of the month" subscription!

I came to Churchill for the first time today in search of a gift to thank one of my college professors. I myself am not a loose-leaf tea drinker, but the staff were very helpful in assisting me with choosing the teas that I was looking for. They made excellent suggestions, explained the pricing, and also packaged my teas very nicely! I am very happy with my experience.
