I'm a HUGE fan of this tea shop. Everything I get is always amazing!On Saturday I came in to get my favorite (you have to try African Sunrise) and a decaf Irish breakfast for my husband. Anyway, they ladies that were there that day were delightful and friendly. Lauryn helped me with my order and made some beautiful recommendations. It got to the point I had to show restraint, lol. The teas she suggested didn't let me down and I'm so grateful for those suggestions. Although I didn't interact with Cara much she was always smiling and all 3 of us had a great conversation. Thank you so much!!

I only recently realized how much I love hot tea. I'm so excited I found Churchill's. I can't wait to explore all the flavors of loose leaf tea I purchased. The store and staff was welcoming, and eager to help everyone who walked in the door. I'm currently enjoying my first cup of the peppermint black tea, and it is perfect! I will definitely be back, and recommend this business to anyone I know who enjoys tea.

Great music, peaceful atmosphere, and the tea is flipping yummy!One of my favourite tea shops went out of business and they were able to find a replacement for my favourite fruit teas!The customer service was great and they had such a knowledgeable staff!I will definitely be back! :)

My first experience with Churchill's was when I was visiting a friend in the Cincinnati area who said she had to take me there. We visited the Findlay Market locations and I was gobsmacked by the variety of teas and had to smell all of them on the wall of tea before figuring out what I wanted. It always takes me a long time to make choices whenever I am lucky enough to visit in store, but I am also very grateful for how wonderful (and fast) their online store is for shipping tea to myself in Wisconsin and to family/friends far and near. (My five year old niece ADORES the apple strudel tea and one of the things she always looks forward to on my visits these last several years is making our "pink tea" with me every afternoon/evening. Her older brother actually loves to eat the steeped pieces of apples/nuts/beets after we're done making pink tea.)They went above and beyond this year getting me their amazing advent calendar!! I've been ordering it for several years and somehow this year I was so busy that I didn't go to order it until the weekend before Thanksgiving. I had difficulty ordering it online since it was only available in store at that point but they were kind enough to hold 2 (1 for me and 1 for a friend) for me to call in an order to ship them to me. I called in on Tuesday morning to pay for the order over the phone and they got it out right away so it arrived to me in Wisconsin today, just in time for the first day of advent tea!Thank you so much! And I will definitely be ordering more tea from you in the future, both online and/or in person whenever I next make it to the Cincinnati area!!

This is a really cool local store. They have a huge selection of teas and the staff is always helpful and friendly. My family and I love stopping by the Hyde Park location and finding new things to try. Even when we have brought our little boys with us the staff has been very kind and patient. Oh, and the tea is great too!

The absolute best! The rosehip and chamomile flowers (both pictured) are my favorite. Sleep deeply and blueberry muffin are also wonderful. They have a huge selection, especially of herbal blends, so I would recommend looking online prior to visiting, so you have more time to review everything over.
