The place is nasty! The staff is extremely rude. I recommend you save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else! Absolutely the worst cici’s pizza!

Placed an order for pickup with a specific time that I needed the order picked up. When I arrive ( one hour after placing my order) it still wasn’t ready. Had to wait 25-30 minutes for it to get made. Once we arrived home we notice the order was incorrect and COLD! Called and spoke to the manager and he refused to make our order correctly. That is the LAST time I do business with a place ran by foreigners!!

We don't have a Cicis in our area so this was a treat, kiss enjoyed. Didn't like the lite salad dressing and prefer oil and vinegar or a real Italian dressing and maybe some cheese. They will make to order anything

The pizza was very fresh and delicious and never empty. Dining areas were clean. The place was running smoothly.

The restaurant was very clean, staff was extremely friendly and cheerful and the food was great. There were many families inside yet the noise level was very minimal and all the children were well controlled by their parents. It was a very nice dinner visit on my way back home to Louisville.

Good atmosphere and nice staff. They have great prices and the pizza is about what’d you expect from a pizza buffet. They also have a cool arcade but unlike other pizza buffet places they don’t have any ice cream machines. I like to finish off any buffet with soft serve ice cream so I’m always on the lookout for this. I didn’t ask about gluten free pizza so I’m not sure if they have a cauliflower crust or not. The salad bar also didn’t have any shredded cheese available. Overall I recommend it definitely family friendly.
