Barely made 3 stars only because the service tech Chuck was awesome. Friendly, fast, and efficient. The lady answering the phone every time I call ... well ... rude, unprofessional, and no help
I bumped into one of the owners of Cincinnati Ice while dining at Buckhead Mountain Grill in Newport, KY and we struck up a conversation.Bill is a great guy and very passionate about what his family-owned and operated company does. I highly recommend reaching out to Cincinnati Ice for your commercial ice machine needs in Greater Cincinnati.

Directions to get in with a truck 75 North to 71 North go through tunnel first exit which is a left hand exit 42 reading and Dorchester this splits stay to the right for Dorchester go through light up hill it turns into Florence go to next light which is Gilbert go to the right then go to the next light and make a left go down to the stop sign and make another left go down around the curve to the right you'll see it on the the left it is not double-gated do not advise to sleep there overnight but when backing up you have to back into some of the grass and around the first tree that would be on your right it's a little tree they have a cone by it

The only reason this company gets 2 stars is because their tech Doug is a super nice guy and does a good job. From the customer service side, this company is super rough. The people that answer the phone are always rude, have been ever since the first time I called in. Not sure why. Latest issue is our ice machine was under warranty and had low ice production. They came out and could not find an issue. The condenser was a little dirty so they cleaned that and said maybe that would take care of the problem, to watch it and let them know. Billed $180 for cleaning because cleaning is not covered under warranty. This cleaning did not fix the problem. The unit still had low ice production so I called back 6 days later. They sent the tech back out and he discovered a couple of parts needed to be replaced. They ordered new parts, replaced them, and now the unit works great and it was covered under warranty. My problem is I paid $180 for them to come out the first time and not fix the problem, then when they figure out the problem then it is under warranty? If they had fixed the problem the first time it would have all been covered under warranty and I would not have an issue. I call in to speak to them about this and all I keep getting is, it is not their problem that my machine had a "separate issue" a week later. "It happens all the time". It was NOT a separate issue, the issue was never fixed the first time. Customer service is a lost art with the people that aren't on the road with this company. I will be looking elsewhere for our service needs. I suggest you do the same.

I do my own maintenance and repairs so I cannot speak to their service side, but I have been using their parts department for years and I've never had a negative experience. Always friendly and helpful.
Service Tech was nice but office personnel and owner were extremely rude. Will never call them again !!!
