Even though this place always seems oddly empty, the food is perfect every time! The decor is a little tacky but that's part of the fun of going out for seafood. It's a shame this restaurant doesn't get more business!

The crab ? are overcooked so mushy I don't recommend getting crab. Everything else was good. But my main reason for going was for crab that I couldn't even eat. 52.00

our server was Simone & she was absolutely amazing. So this review has nothing to do with her. But Christian is the manager & he racially profiled my friends & I. They assumed we were going to walk out on our meal because someone from our party decided to go outside to take a smoke break. I myself, works in the food industry & my managers would NEVER make us rush our customers to cash out just because we THOUGHT they weren’t going to pay our tab. Each of us are servers so we completely understand. We know to not make anything difficult on purpose. We felt secluded, targeted, & disrespected in the hands of Christian. He was not helpful in any way shape or form. I am completely grateful for our server though she made the experience overall a little bit better. Please do not eat here. Especially if you’re black !! You will be treated completely different.

The food was good and the service was good. It was pretty empty in there, but i think it was just timing. I would go back.

These crab joints are getting really lower than run of the mill. The place was dead on an early Sunday evening. Two tables of a person/people besides us.We didn't order anything but baskets, clam and whiting. They were better than the Inland Seafood festival on the levee this weekend but still wasn't up to par for the price. More like $6.99 deals instead of $12.99.They also automatically charge 18% gratuity because the neighbors don't like to tip. Sad.The place was clean and amply stocked with digital aquariums (tvs) and seafood decor. Our waitress was friendly and helpful. That's it. That's all.

First time here, stopped while driving through OH. Good price for 1.5lb snow crab legs and corn. I could've skipped the fried rice, but everything else was great!!

First experience. My usual was closed however, I was excited to give them a try. I ordered the Cincy Boil, 1/2 lb of Snow Crab Legs and 1/2 lb of Green Mussels. Flavor: Mix All. To-Go. Woman at the register very nice, personable, great customer service. She walks from behind the counter to give me my order and I headed out. When I got home, there was more than a 1/2 lb of Green Mussels, they were great. But I ordered 1/2 lb of Crab Legs, & I was given one cluster of crab. I order boils often, I'm from the east coast, I can eyeball a 1/2 lb. But I divided the boil anyways, to check, and the mussels weighed more than the cluster I was given. Clear as day. But I digress. The sauce was barely there, I had to shake the bag to make sure everything was coated. Taste wise, there was no flavor. Red sauce alone, resembled spicy water. I had to eat every bite with garlic from the bottom of the bag to be satisfied.

Ok when I ate there it was bomb. But went back to the Colerain one months back and it was shut down or something so Im confused, are you guys back up and running again?? I hope because the boil was so good. I do think it’s pricey and keep reading about automatic 18% gratuity so if that goes straight to the servers you guys can’t really expect more of a tip from people.

Not worth the price and now they add 18% to each check, regardless if it’s 1 person or 6. Seafood boil combos are overpriced for what is received and add-one are ridiculously priced al la carte. Found another place in Fairfield that gives the boil at a cheaper base and adding anything like potatoes or corn would still be less than any of the combos here. Wouldn’t recommend for the price-point and ambiance.
