My first time there tonight was at the Johnson City, Tennessee location and I am not saying that I won't return but I was not impressed with this meal. My husband and I both ordered the hand-pulled pork BBQ sandwich. The buns were so soggy that they were impossible to pick up so I ate mine with a fork. Speaking of forks, the majority of the forks in the silverware tray in the lobby looked dirty so I had to pick through to find one that appeared clean.. My sandwich could potentially have been good but my meat was very fatty and I had to pull a lot of it off the sandwich because I couldn't eat it. The Mac and cheese was very good. I will give them another chance because they have only been open about 3 weeks but at this point I would not recommend.

went to the one in Madison WI and we ordered 2 brisket sandwich combos with 2 sides each. coleslaw was not creamy like advertised the Mac n cheese was dry tasted old. the side cup of greens wasn't closed all the way so green juice spilled all over. no napkins or utensils was in the bag. over charged for not so good food. will not make another trip.

The city barbecue in Buford is absolutely the best. Easy to order and drive thru. Order is always ready on time and is correct. Food is hot and I strongly recommend their wings, ribs, fries and coleslaw. Those are my faves! Delicious

Ordered a 1 pound of pulled pork.. received 3/4th a pound with 1/4 pound of fat.. and the meat was watered down.. just dripping in a puddle of water.. crap for bbq..

I wish there was a in-between, just ordered take out, the not a sloppy Joe had barely any meat to it and missing the pickles, the dirty bird was overcooked and dry. The cheesy bacon fries and hush puppies were good though. They should spend less time taking fake marketing photos and more on the portioning guidelines. Posting pictures of what we got and what the website shows.
The brisket was so dry and chewy I wouldn't feed it to my dog! Super stringy! No moisture at all! The ribs were just as bad. I don't see how they are open. Definitely avoid City Barbeque or maybe it's just this location.
