CityBird Tenders Harper's Point

Stopped in here to get a quick order of chicken fingers at this local Chicken franchise place. I had really never heard of this place before but it was something that I wanted to try when I was in the area. The chicken fingers were actually very small when I ordered a four-piece. My feeling is they could have seasoned the chicken a little bit better but come on now people it's chicken fingers it's nothing really to write home about so my experience was okay. Would I go back to this place probably not, there was nothing special about this place that would make me come back in and order again. My feeling is if you're going to order something that is well known as chicken fingers I would have done something to make it different and stand out then any other place.

Haven’t had the chance to try their food yet, but have come in multiple times to pick up door dash orders for customers, and these employees are awesome! Specifically the younger men working during the evening lately. Just so friendly and sweet, and have the best attitude. Were so kind and even asked if I needed help carrying the order! Lately, my local chick fil an unfortunately has started going down hill, so I’m looking forward to trying city bird and making it my new favorite chick spot! ?I definitely will be back for you! ?

I was eating lunch when I saw the cook get a cough syrup from someone who brought it in, if your sick don’t serve people ITS RIDICULOUS!!! How ignorant can a person get.

Stopped by while passing through town. Had to get the salad with tenders. Great flavor and good sized portion. Ate some for lunch and the rest with dinner. My husband loved their tenders and parmesan fries.

The gentleman at the counter was very friendly and polite. The chicken was good and a fair price. The French Fries are amazing! I had the hickory BBQ sauce and it had great flavor.

I’ve been going here since I started working next door and they amaze me everytime with service. The owners here are all sweethearts. They boys working at the register have a welcoming smile on their face when you walk in. Plus, I love the fries.

First time customer and I’ll definitely be going back. Had a quick online order that was ready when I go there and the chicken tenders were nothing like what I’ve had from other places. It was delicious!

The quality and flavor of the tenders is excellent however they are on the smaller side. For our family of 6 we order the 40 count which you have to call ahead for because it is part of their “catering” menu. My big complaint is that I also ordered a large salad from the catering menu and I realized after the fact that the price was $45 for the salad. It is not very large, maybe worth $20 or less. Salad quality is okay, better than some but not as good as LaRosa’s or Wendy’s. (See photos)

Very rude staff. The guy taking order has his AirPods on and doesn’t even tend to respond to our questions. And when asked to repeat order he doesn’t even say everything properly. It’s a shame on them to be like that. They need to be taught some good customer service. It doesn’t matter what day they are having but a good customer service is needed. This is on 04/05/24 at around 8:40 pm.
