Unfortunately, I had my worst experience last night at the Harper’s Point Location. I arrived at 8:45pm not realizing that they closed at 9pm until I saw the agitated look on the young man’s face at the front counter when I walked in. I did ask was it too late for me to place a to go order several times and he said it was fine (Mind you, their were 2 young men sitting in the restaurant at this time and 2 young men working in the back also). I watched the young man basically grab a box down above him and look down which I can only assume he was throwing my order in the box. The guy in the front gives me the food and as suspected when I opened the box, my food was thrown in the box with cold fries and some cold very small chicken strips.. At the prices that they charge, I should have taken my business elsewhere, and after last nights mess of food.. I will do just that next time..Do better with customer care and serving customers leftover food that’s been sitting..#unsatisfiedcustomer

This place is great. I am picky when it comes to meat and poultry because of texture, and how it’s cooked. I had the chicken tender sandwich with the city sauce, and it was the best chicken tender sandwich I’ve ever had. The chicken is soft and not too fried I paired it with city sauce, slaw, and fries. You’ll love it!!!

I ordered in store. It appeared the food was made to order as it was hot, fresh, tender, juicy and took about 10 -15 minutes or so before my order was ready. I ordered one chicken tender combo meal for takeout. The order comes with one container of sauce and I wish that you could choose two. That comment is not enough to affect the rating it's just a side note. The staff/register operator was nice. Clean environment including the drink station (which is very important to me). Food was good. I would purchase again.

We visited for lunch today - our first time in over a year - and we were reminded about how much we enjoyed this restaurant. Although there are some choices on the menu, we really come here for the tasty chicken tenders, and the nice selection of dipping sauces. We also like the seasoned fries, such a nice change from the usual. Service was great, and the staff were very anxious to receive our order and serve up our selections. Our only concern about the atmosphere was the temperature of the dining room, as it was rather chilly!

I would rate the place higher, but the difficulty of finding the playstore app is unheard of nowadays. Good food, the restaurant needs a splash in decor though.
This is hardly a meal worth 10$ These tenders are so small, sorry never again. Smallest tenders ever and lot of fries. Good taste but hardly worth it.

Went for the first time yesterday and it was really good! I got a truffle chicken sandwich and the fries were delicious! I wish there was one closer to Liberty Township!

Easily some of the best tenders I have had. No frills and fast. Stephen was exceptionally patient as I have not been here before. We had the BBQ and Buffalo Blue dipping sauces. Both were extraordinary! Will return if I find myself in this area again.
