Halloween night was my first time at Citybird. Carter provided professional and courteous service that deserves 5 stars.
Will also say that the mustache deserve even more stars.

The city bird OTR location is good. Location is nice when you're hanging out in OTR. The building is really small and can get quite crowded during a rush, but otherwise the food is great, the staff has always been kind even when its hard to hear in there. The lemon thyme sandwich and the seasonal teas are always fire!

I ordered delivery. The food arrived in a sealed bag, so the delivery person did not do anything to my food. This was my first try of Citybird. The chicken is a little bit spicy, wasn’t expecting that, so if you are a mild spice person, probably not the place for you. The real issue was with the fries and how they packaged my food. Whoever packed my order threw the container of honey mustard dipping sauce into the box without securing the lid, so my fries arrives very soggy...
