CityBird Tenders Fountain Square

The chicken tenders were very good as well as the fries but the tenders are very small and do not look like the photos, the salads were not good. When we were waiting for our food a young lady from the back came out and started yelling at the man behind the register, he stayed very professional and calm as she continued to carry on yelling him and made everyone uncomfortable.

I really enjoyed my experience at City Bird today! It was my first time. I was greeted and assisted by the cashier Brittany she gave me a detailed description of the menu to help me out, she also recommended a few of her favorites! I love how attentive and efficient she was while also multitasking helping others! Very exceptional customer service! I had the buffalo blue sandwich meal it was really good! I will be returning! Thank you!

OMG... That was,my 1st time eating here. First I took the bird sandwich and it was so good had to order extra. The chicken is amazing and the slaw is chef kiss. Must try!!!

The Friday night crew was awesome. Stephen is representing the restaurant very well! Served my friend and I 5 minutes before closing. I told him we would leave once finding out it was so near closing time but he insisted that they would make it fresh for us! And even let us try a couple more sauces. Thanks for the great service!

I've been going to this city bird for a while now this is the first time I ran into the cashier that's in there today but she was very rude and disrespectful I think they need a train their employees better

Off the bat, the service was awesome, had a nice conversation with the gentlemen behind the counter and he seemed genuinely interested in all the guests that came in.

The place itself sits in the gorgeous Fountain Square in downtown Cincinnati. The food was great! The fries were seasoned and very flavorful, although I do wish they were slightly crispier. The tenders themselves were SEASONED unlike another place I know that rhymes with “Banes” and the proving for the meal itself was super affordable compared to other chains!

I absolutely loved my first experience here at the Citybird in Fountain Square. When we walked in, we were immediately greeted by Steve who was running the register at the time. Steve was exceptionally welcoming and friendly. He provided outstanding service and even gave us suggestions on what to get when we were having a hard time on deciding. On top of that, the food was excellent. We were huge fans of the Honey Dijon sauce in particular. On our way out, Steve even remembered both of our names, thanking us for coming as well as wishing us a good rest of our day. Overall, the food was excellent, but Steve was the best part. Awesome customer service.

I was in town for the Flying Pig Marathon. This place hit the spot after the race. The sandwich was delicious. I loved the coleslaw on the chicken. The staff was incredibly friendly and treated me for my running accomplishment. Wow, what a totally unexpected surprise.

The usual amount of that spicy oily stuff on the spicy chicken sandwich that makes them spicy hasn't been on there in a couple of months, it’s been lacking. It’s what makes them so good with the slaw. Hesitant to go back for a little bit.

I first off want to say the food was great and for the most part the service was as well. It was Red Opening Day so it was quite busy. This day they also had a bathroom attendant to make sure people weren’t just coming in for the restroom after the parade. I get in line with 3 people in front of me and wait about 15 minutes. There are only two restroom and when i was waiting there was one restroom that had a guy that was in it the entire 15 minutes I was in line. The male who was the bathroom attendant was polite and let the man use the restroom. I was next in line after that man finally came out. I go into the restaurant, obviously it was disgusting but it was super busy and many drunk people so I expected that not mad. But it was when about less than 2 minutes in the restroom that is a loud banging at the door and is now a female voice. Obviously I knew there was a line so I was going as fast as I could. Then about another minute passes and there is an even louder very aggressive bang on the door yelling at me to hurry up and that there was a line. I wash my hands and open the door expecting to see a line out the door like it was for the restroom when I first got there… there was two people and were only one person behind me in line. At this moment I felt very disrespected and not welcome because one of your female employees was yelling at me. What if I had a medical condition? The other part that made me upset was that the man that was in the same restroom for 15 minutes before me never once got yelled at or banged on the door and the only difference was the female that took over attending the restroom when i went in. I don’t know if she thought she was going to get a raise for getting me out of the restroom a minute quicker. I don’t take disrespect and I let her know that.
