Waitress with the butterfly neck tattoo is unprofessional and picks literal fights with customers with her nasty attitude. The manager is no better, and lets her act a fool. If you’re melanated, think twice. Don’t go there if you’re looking for great food or to be treated with respect. I used to love cloud 9, years ago. won’t be back.

Wasn’t a fan of sushi because I’ve never given it a chance. My son took me here and I am now a fan. I can’t remember the name of what I got but it had seafood in it and it was delicious. We also got the crab Rangoon and it was awesome as well. Great service from Greg our server as well. Two thumbs up for sure. I’ll definitely be back. Thanks Cloud 9 Sushi!

Cloud 9 is awesome! I went here with my best friend and it was outstanding. The server, Cam, was so sweet and wonderful. I asked her what she recommended and she recommended the Perfecto Roll. I ordered one roll, then fell in love with it. It was the best roll of sushi I’ve ever had. My best friend had the spicy salmon roll and Philly roll which were both delicious as well. The prices at Cloud 9 are pretty reasonable for sushi. We love Cloud 9!!

Sushi is a 10/10. Sunday morning and spicy lobster are my favorite! My boyfriend loves the bbq eel. Service is always good, but occasionally our order may get messed up when we’re doing carry out or making modifications. Overall great laid back vibe & open late which is always a plus.

The food was delicious but I would recommend the servers to focus on customers no in their phones...
My husband was served two rolls with tempura shrimp in them , when he took a bite he noticed an intact mud vein in his shrimp . When he called the store to complain he was told he was overreacting and was “banned” from going back because they knowingly leave feces in their fried foods due to ignorance and unprofessionalism . Don’t go here , you’ll probably get sick from ingesting shrimp feces .

I've been coming here for years and have always loved it. I'm not even the biggest fan of sushi and this is still one of my top 10 go to restaurants because they have great options for everyone. My girlfriend IS a huge fan of sushi and is just as obsessed if not more so. I love the ambiance and everyone that works there is always so friendly and helpful. 10/10 all around <3<3<3

Recent visit…Phoenix roll and crunchy tuna had a pretty fishy taste, not enjoyable. Play girl roll was decent, but the C9 roll was the best tasting. The lobster in the phoenix roll was not good at all.
