Best key lime gooey butter cake ever. Thank a bunch.

I am not one to go to a bakery to get desserts, I normally make my own. However, for the welcoming reception for my son's wedding, I knew I would have to find something amazing. Enter the College Hill Cakery and their ooey gooey desserts. They were so easy to work with, and helped me decide exactly what to order to serve to my guests. I was not prepared for the rave reviews I would hear. Some said the original ooey gooey was life changing. Others couldn't stop raving about the brownies and chocolate chip cookie bars. My nephews were trying to figure out if they could have desserts sent to New Jersey because they enjoyed them so much. I cannot say enough about College Hill Cakery, and if the need arises, I will definitely use them again. If you haven't tried them yet, you should, you won't be disappointed.

CHC's Gooey Butter Cake is one of the best desserts in Cincinnati, and it is available gluten free! The team that works here is always so kind and personable. Always a great experience ordering dessert from them and seeing them at local markets.

I’m so glad College Hill Cakery exists. From the very first cake I picked up at a home to their cute little shop around the block from me to the time I eagerly nabbed something at a school bake sale, no matter where I get their gooey butter cakes, I’m never disappointed. The owners are wonderfully sweet and their desserts are just as perfect. I can’t imagine ever getting our cakes from anywhere else. Love you, neighbors!

I don't write reviews but should have done this one a loooonnngg time ago. Usually a bakery does some things really well. CHC does ALL things really well! Everything we have tried has been beyond delicious!! They continue to surprise us with new amazing items. Our go-tos are the Gooey butter coffee cake and the chocolate chip cookies but you cannot go wrong with anything from here. And, the customer service is A-MAZING :)

My sister brought a coffee cake to a family party and we were hooked! It's unlike anything else and SO RICH. We end up cutting it into 12 servings... but be warned, it's addicting. Just picked up 2 for tailgating tomorrow and will certainly be back.

Just tried this at their stand at the Montgomery Quarter. They make a great product (cookies, butter cake). I love it when good businesses like these open up. Support them (-:

College Hill Cakery was a dream to work with because they listened and provided us with a sample box so we could decide on what we wanted for our daughter’s wedding. We ordered a Gluten Free wedding cake and it was delicious and all the ooey gooey tarts are the best; can’t tell the GF from the regular ones. Our guests raved about the desserts.

I tried their OG gooey butter cake today at the OFF Market at Summit Park today. I had no idea what to expect. We saw them last month and I didn't try it, but decided to today. This is a beautiful and delightful food. It tastes like it's made with love. Gooey isn't the right description though. It's a soft and crispy around the edges pastry with a soft center. When you bite into it you're like "huh", and then this flavor I can't put my finger on kicks in and the taste invokes the feeling of a happy memory or a long lost friend. It tastes like it's steeped in tradition, it's simple and complex at the same time. I loved it and I think you should try it as soon as possible! The owners are doing a wonderful job, get out into as many farmers markets as you can to spread the word. I would consider small free samples because people will buy them once they try them! Keep it up ladies!
