“We went there on 8/10/25. The food was very good!!! The only thing I did not like is the girl who brought my food had her thumb not on the edge of the plate but actually in my plate so I did not eat the green beans that was where her thumb was. My suggestion is that the people who bring the food wear plastic gloves. Other than that the food was good.“

“I never knew this spot was here until after seeing them on the news recently. My family and I stopped in to try it out and we were so impressed. The food was great and the staff was not only friendly but patient with my grandchildren as well. I have two that are extremely picker eaters and the devoured the tenders. I can not remember the owners name I think it was Phyllis please forgive me if I'm wrong but she was such a class act. She personally came out to check on everything and make sure we glad everything we needed. In a world full of the art of customer service being lost this place made a lasting impact on myself and my family. Our youngest is teething so as any parent or grandparents know with young children it can be stressful when they aren't feeling well in public. The owner made sure we felt welcome and just over and beyond what I would of expected. the atmosphere had a home town feel. Not sure if you will ever see this post but thank you for having a place that family's can enjoy.“

“Good environment and good people! We came here while visiting our family and the food, environment and service were great! I would recommend this place to any one living in the area or visiting! And thank you to the manager on duty, she graciously paid for our meal! It was greatly appreciated!!! It goes to show that there are good people still out there!“

“My daughter and I went with friends today for lunch and it was amazing! There was plenty of parking outside (huge new lot!) and a lot of friendly staff members inside. There were giant TVs on every wall, a great food selection and drink menu. We had the deep fried pickles and cheese pulls for appetizers and they were fresh and delicious! They have a ‘Westside Charcuterie Board’ that’s an appetizer sampler platter for only 20.00! The kid meal was a nice size and my daughter loved the chicken tenders and waffle fries. The service was great. The staff was very attentive and polite. It was too hot for us to sit outside but the patio seating is really really nice! They have really made it a nice place to check out!“

“Good food great service today at breakfast, our waitress is great, on the ball and brought two pots of coffee, took care of our special meal request as well. So actually was a perfect breakfast even my hash browns were burnt with onions and peppers the way I like. Let's define burnt, crispy Brown on both sides with onions and peppers, my wife that my blueberry pancakes and whipped cream. Which is Delicious by the way anyway I'm a diabetic so I don't eat that anymore. Not that I can't, I just choose not to get into all that sugar. So I absolutely recommend this place for breakfast and they have many wonderful salads as well.“

“I remember trying this place when I first moved to Cincinnati because it’s conveniently right around the corner and wanted to try it based on all the good reviews, I remember disliking half of my meal but liking the other half , I remember the macaroni and cheese being pretty good and the cornbread being the best I’ve ever had fast forward to today and still kind of mixed reviews because once again I liked some parts and disliked other parts , the macaroni this time wasn’t that great it was very oily ? Potato salad was good and the hot dog was good , the Jamaican beef patty was tough asf , cornbread was decent , I’ll probably try again as I always give places a three strikes and your out type of thing not gonna say it’s great but it’s good I think I just need to keep trying different things from them til I get a niche for something I like“

“If you go in the mornings you will receive better service from the servers! We have been a few times at night and Everytime it has taken ten minutes just to get our drink order and there will be maybe 5 tables in the store full. The food is always amazing though, and the breakfast staff is always amazing.“

“We were in around 11am this morning. The restaurant was packed and staff appeared to be stretched thin. We were seated after about 25 minutes. Nate was our server handling the section like a boss. Service was top notch. Good was top notch. No disappointments. Keep it up Nate!“
