I had a wonderful experience with Brenton. It was my first time at Conrad’s and he was Very kind and attentive though it was pretty busy! I’ll definitely be making my way back and can only hope he’ll be working! If I could give him 10 stars I absolutely would.

Tacos were delicious, margs were great with an awesome $10 flight deal. Their water was a bit foul, so bear that in mind if you are not getting a drink other that H2O. Very crowded inside and it is backless stool seating.

Went on a Saturday night hours before a show. It was super busy downtown. 30 min wait however it was more like 45 mins. You can tell they were understaffed and the hostess just kept seating people with no one to serve us. People started walking out. 15 mins before I found the manager. He got someone to us right away. Order drinks and food. 15 mins to get the drinks but very good. Hour to get our food. 2 tacos each. Ask them to take them to go. Manager comp everything. Very nice of him. He explained he was not aware of all the events in the area. Being in restaurant business for years the hostess is the gate keeper and keeps energy and few of a restaurant.

Tonight was a slow Friday night, I think we were 2 of 10 people in the restaurant. The margaritas tasted like sugary kool-aid, no lime juice or alcohol. We waited 15-20min for chips and queso. Then we waited another 20min for 5 tacos. The tacos met our expectations that we were used to from other locations. I had to go up to the bar to get my bill from our server that was turned around on her phone. I had two employees walk past me and neither offered to assist. The place looked and felt very dirty. Sadly, we weren't able to experience anything at that restaurant. We expected to treat my dad to dinner here for his 70th birthday, before a game. Something none of us had done before. We made reservations, that a text even had me confirm that afternoon. Only to find out from the staff, was a glitch. We were told we'd have to wait behind several others- which would be longer than an hour. As someone that is previously from the food service world, I'm of the opinion that management should have stepped in and honored an issue their system had. Our nachos, pizza and pretzels sufficed inside the stadium.

The place was empty but the server we had was very engaged and explained everything about menu options. Parking on the other hand, especially if you're not from the area, can be a challenge. There is a parking garage right after the place that will need to be used since there is no parking on the street. We had to travel around the block to figure it out. It wasn't too bad since there weren't many people out, but I could only imagine if it were there busy time.
