We usually love going to this Condado, but my friends and I had a weird experience the other day. We we're sitting at our table, and our server was super HIGH. She took our drink order and then just stood at our table and looked like she was going to fall over. Her eyes were blood red, and she could barely keep her eyes open. She then brought us the wrong drinks. We politely let her know that these were not our drinks, and then she disappeared and walked in circles around the restaurant. We ended up leaving because we sat at the table for about 15 minutes and watched her do nothing but walk around the restaurant with absolutely nothing in her hands. I have been a server for 4+ years, and I completely understand how difficult serving can be, but I would never show up to my serving job intoxicated.

I came here with my wife and some friends on a Saturday afternoon. The place wasn't very busy, however with the way the wait staff acted, you would have thought they were packed. We saw our waiter at total of 4 times within an hour, and when one of my friends didn't get her full order and brought this to the waiter's attention she had to wait an additional 15 minutes before getting her the rest of her order. When it came to tipping I was put into an awkward position where I wanted to leave a lower tip due to lack of service, but with the way they do billing here with the waiter handing you a machine to use tip while they stand there, I felt uncomfortable with doing this. The food quantity and prices don't match up at all. I ordered the half order of loaded tots, and the size of the bowl looked like something you would get off a kids menu, and there were hardly any tots in the whole bowl. With the prime location of being next to the Reds stadium I was surprised with this experience.Parking: If you go during a sporting event parking will be very tough to find as most parking garages are full.

A fantastic joint in the heart of the Queen City. I’ve been to other Condado locations before but none live up to the sheer energy of this one. The tacos were immaculate and the service from Ambriel was attentive, lively, and accommodating. Will definitely be back!!!?
