Cooper's Hawk Winery & Restaurant- Cincinnati, OH

Because it was Thanksgiving our lower rating was anomaly I'm sure. Things were hectic and a few excusable mistakes were made.

We had an amazing Thanksgiving meal! Wine pairing was perfect! The value was one of the best in cincinnati $37/ meal 3 courses! The waiter Shun as on it!

We've eaten at Cooper's Hawk at least 10 times before but this time was a big disappointment. The place was packed and the kitchen clearly couldnt keep up. It took forever to get our food and our server blamed on a 45 minute wait on the fact we asked for well done salmon. Wrong veggie was delivered and the broccoli that ultimately showed up was burned, not roasted. Our waiter managed to be harried and inattentive at the same time. Not saying I won't give it another chance but this experience was disappointing.

Wine was great - food was really tasty. We had Thai chicken lettuce wraps & prime rib sandwich. Service was dry slow but it was very busy

One of our go to restaurants close to home, but I have to say that the quality and service has slipped somewhat. The portions are definitely smaller .and the prices have gone up. We had reservations at noon, and the service was noticeably slower and less attentive. I often get the Life Balance Turkey burger, but it has been taken off the menu. I tried the chicken burger, and it really didn't have much flavor at all, Most of our visits are at lunch time so I don't drink wine, and the price you charge for a soft drink is ridiculous. Hopefully they can restore the quality of the food and service so we can continue to use this restaurant for our luncheons.

We had a great experience. We did have to wait about 30 minutes for our reservation, but they offered us a complementary glass of wine, which I thought was amazing. The food was excellent. Our server was attentive. 5 stars!

It was my first time visiting for my birthday. Everything was outstanding! I purchased my membership before I left out. Looking forward to my monthly bottle of wine!!

Great service by Jeremy. Loved sitting outdoors without the sun beating down on us. Very positive experience.

My experience at Cooper's Hawk is always exceptionally well. The server and service was impeccable. She was extremely attentive of our needs. There does need to be an upgrade in the dining room but overall I had a great experience. 

We did not get seated until 710pm which was 30 minutes later than expected because there were multiple large parties that had been there for 2.5-3 hours. We got seated and ordered calamari. When we received it, it was not completely cooked. We did not complain but it was very clear we did not eat it. We ordered chicken piccata which was dry and had to ask for sauce. We ordered salmon which was dry and did not get eaten. The jambalaya was not good. The food this time was awful and we come here a lot and never have this issue. I am not sure if the cook was overwhelmed or what, but it was bad. The server was very nice and did a good job.

We both had the spaghetti and meatballs and it was excellent. Jeremy our server was very attentive, professional, efficient and pleasant. The Reisling wine is a great selection. We had a very good experience.

We had a reservation, but were told that the patio needed to be moved inside because of the weather. So our reservation for 7:45 was 25 minutes late. I waited a while for my wine to come out, (waitress asked if they had brought it out) and the food came out late and was cold. No offers were given or anything for the mess up. Then waited over 20/25 minutes for the server to bring the check.

Reserved an outdoor table.. started raining. Despite that they rushed to get us a table inside. Missed sitting time by about 15 minutes. Not bad at all. Food was great. Service was great. Highly recommend.

Food was outstanding, took a long time to get our order. Made our reservations for 17:15, checked in and they sat someone else instead. Followed up around 17:30 and got seated immediately. Too many people.
