I like Crumbl, I was glad to see a semi-sweet chocolate chip cookie with pecans this week, but a little disappointed that I can barely see any pecans in the cookie. I really hope there are more hiding inside the cookie. Why is it that the samples on the counter always look better than the ones you receive in your box?
Very consistent service and food, a location that takes the quality of the cookies seriously. Only complaint is not based on this specific location, but that Crumbl keeps raising the prices of their cookies. Otherwise, this is a good location if you're wanting to pick up some Crumbl.
I love this location, way better than the one closer to me. Their staff is kind and fast working. They put on a smile and have a great attitude towards customers. Even just the simple, showing you the cookies and asking if everything is correct before you leave, it makes a huge difference. Both you and the customer have the ability to confirm everything is right before they leave. And it just feels like they care more, to add the extra step.
