There was a young lady by the name of Armani I believe that was her name and it was my first time ever eating there and she was so friendly and her customer service was definitely a 10/10 the establishment was very clean as well I will be back soon

SHOUT OUT TO WENDY AND HER AWESOME TEAM. I had an Uber eats order that was stolen. I came to show the restaurant the driver so they know he may continue to participate in behaviors such as he did with my order. I was there and Wendy without hesitation said that is unacceptable. Not only did she listen and show empathy she took care of my son's one item he ordered. He is a minor. That was the most kind act I have witnessed yet in 2025. Thank you for helping me not to let my son go without due to faults of delivery drivers. Bless up the place BEST CURRITO IN CINCINNATI 🌞🥰😇

I witnessed a worker put her hands into the rice without gloves on and shove a handful into her mouth. I’m not sure if she still works there but I won’t be returning.

I had an amazing experience at this Currito today. I placed an order for my entire office, 16 separate meals in total, one day in advance and they did an awesome job preparing and packaging it for me. When I came in, the people behind the counter were so friendly and they had my huge order hot and ready to go. They didn’t miss a single sauce, utensil or ingredient on any of the orders. I’ve placed big orders like this in the past at other restaurants and it is extremely rare that everything comes perfect and well packaged like this order did. I am beyond grateful and will definitely be ordering from here again.

It's nice to be able to eat somewhere healthy. They had a good range of foods and vegetarian options. They have the Tofu positioned too close to the meat and as a result my tofu based meal had a couple of pieces of chicken. This is not the end of the world for me but something to watch out for if you're vegan.
My biggest issue with the place was the service. The woman at the register was nice but the younger woman serving the food had a very standoffish and inpatient attitude.
The place is okay overall. Just needs some improvement with service and attention to detail.

Had a lovely experience at this Currito!! It was my first time going to the restaurant and the lady taking my order was very patient, polite, and nice. She ended up helping me choose the Bangkok burrito—to say it was delicious is an understatement.
I will definitely be back to a Currito restaurant when I’m by one!!
I've never seen someone fake smile and roll there eyes so hard at the same time. Even while I'm saying thank you. The manager got mad at me for asking her to sub tofu for black beans since they didn't make more beans.
I come several times a month for years, and have been nothing but friendly. They were completely out of black beans except for a small scoop. This is my main protein that I order everytime. I was willing to wait but she said that they have been to swamped to even make them.
I understand your busy but that's not a reason to just not make more. I'm vegan so I'm limited on the protein options. I shouldn't have to pay an upcharge because you didn't prep something.
The curry beans have dairy in them. Straight chickpeas and edamame is a very hard protein in large quantities. If you know your out of a food item it would be best to inform people before they order. They also forgot to give me my tortilla and when I asked for it she rolled her eyes at me again and handed it to me. She didn't say anything to me.
To add to an already uncomfortable situation I found a big hunk of meat in my food. I didn't saying anything because how she was already treating me. I just tossed the rest of it out.It pretty infuriating since I've haven't eaten meat in 10 years.

An average at best experience for what I was expecting to be more. Greeted at the entrance with a nice hello from the cashier. Ordered a meal complete with chips/salsa to go. Received only the bowl, cold. Was very disappointed the rest of the meal was not in the to-go order, especially being the sole customer in the restaurant and tipping for service of preparing the partial order.
