Ingredients are always fresh. Prices are reasonable, and it's a quick in and out salad.Parking: There are not a lot spaces out front of the location, but it's connected to a huge lot around the front of the shopping center

I used to love this place. Been a fan since they first opened. Unfortunately, this particular location is steadily declining. I live 5 minutes away, and used to eat here multiple times a week. Now I might eat here 1 a month and each time it is more disappointing. One highlight has always been the staff, but this past visit the staff was not at all friendly and seemed super annoyed with my 11:00am pick up order through the app. I chose whatever the earliest pickup option was, and they made it obvious they were not thrilled with when I walked in to pick up my order. I walked to the pick up area and the girl said “You have a pick up”, I said “yes” She says “well, it’s not ready.” My response, “Oh. Ok.” I admit I looked a little confused as at this point there a customer is in line, ordering way more than me, that has had all his food (same protein) made and is walking out the door. After he was served she made my bowls and stuck them in a bag and literally tossed it across the counter and says “Here.” I said “Thank you very much” and she said nothing. I walked over and grabbed some napkins and left. The other customer left before me. There was literally no one else in the restaurant besides the staff and myself. I then get home with our 2 meals: I order my sick kid a bowl with white rice and paid for extra chicken ($14). That was it. No toppings, no sauce, no cheese, nothing. Just white rice and extra chicken as the kids meals do not offer a bowl other than rice and beans and he did not want a burrito. It’s $2.99 for chicken on a Build Your Own bowl, and $5.98 for “extra chicken;” therefore that should equate to double chicken. There was maybe one palm full of chicken on there at the most. Looked like 1 servings worth, definitely not double. My kid thought I forgot to order extra chicken. I did not. Then I open my Build Your Own bowl. It was supposed to be a single serving of chicken. I literally could not find the chicken. I then started digging through the lettuce to find exactly 8 pieces of the tiniest chicken chunks possible that were barely bigger than an edamame. I picked at it and put it in the fridge until dinner when I had time to make some protein for my rice salad. So for $26 plus tip I basically got white rice and clearly frustrated employees. This was never the Currito experience. I will say the quality of the ingredients continues to be superior. It still sucks that they got rid of the Teriyaki sauce. No idea why. It had to sell so much more than all the new flavors. If I want Currito now, I visit the Kenwood location. Staff, atmosphere, quality and portions always seem to be consistent and on par with the brand goals.

The food tastes terrible compared to the Rookwood location. Can't believe it's even the same restaurant. Super disappointing.

Ordered my food at 6:52 PM and was told the pickup time is 7:17. It is now past 8PM and I still have not received my food. When I asked them they said they're still making it.And THEN when I looked, they double charged me, so when I brought that up to them they said they can't refund us now and they have to take all our information, (Name, number, email.) And ask the higher ups if they can refund us in the coming days. What is the point of ordering online before hand if you prioritize customers coming in before the online orders. This is the worst experience I've had in years.

Not sure if it's racially motivated or he was just rude as hell. But if I hand you money you don't sit it down on the counter when giving change. If mom and dad didn't teach you how to treat others....your welcome. Whoever working register June 12th at 120

A ton of doordash orders came in for lunch and one of the workers working the line was rude and in a terrible mood. "I'm going back to retail" she shouted while the line continued to grow and stare at her. She was making a mess out of the ingredient counter and threw an empty dressing bottle into a pile of empty ingredient trays stacked on the floor making everything much more chaotic and stressful for her fellow coworkers. When I was placing my order she jumped in front of the cashier and said it's going to be a long wait. Honestly the reason there was a longer wait was because of her failing to handle multiple orders and jumping into her other coworker's orders and not staying focused. You could see the stress of working along side this rude worker in the eyes of the other workers while they tried to pick up where she failed to complete orders. In the middle of my order being made, she grabbed her used UDF cup and filled it up at the soda fountain without passing the task on, so my order sat another 5mins until another worker, Shannon noticed. Shannon worked the hardest to create some order to the chaos and was polite to me while completing my order. She even helped the rude worker figure out what dressings were what multiple times. Shannon was today's lunch hero.

We have been frequently coming here and customer service is horrible. When we are trying to build on our own, the staff building burrito is laughing with other staffs and making nasty comments saying burrito is big, world’s biggest burrito and stuff like that. We are choosing what we are allowed to choose and we are paying for it. It’s their duty to make it in proportion. We are being treated rude for them not able to do their job properly. Seriously at this point, I don’t even want to come back to this place. Wouldn’t recommend this rude and not customer friendly place to anyone.too bad, I love their food. Food is fresh and I am able to choose very healthy options.

Love all the Bowls and Smoothies. My girlfriend introduced me to a place I wouldn't have gone to because the outside sign doesn't describe the amazing food inside. Tikka is my Favorite but want to try one of everything.Dietary restrictions: Many Gluten Free and Vegan options.

1/12/23I got the Carolina bowl & the vita boost smoothie. My total was $20.18, & I personally thought that was expensive. Food was good, but not for the price. Smoothie was very citrusy & sweet. Great staff & clean environment.
