Excellent food, the patroness mixed the sauce for us and everyone's food was delicious and almost more than we could finish. Recommend the Salt & Pepper Chicken and the Rangoon for appetizers. Was a tiny bit skeptical upon arrival but glad we trusted the high google rating, we'll definitely be back!

If you fill your one bowl too much, they won't give you all the food and if you want your one bowl that you filled, they make you pay double. Change your policies. They have frozen meat, trash sauce options, and 16 dollars per bowl prices. BD's is better in price, quality of food, and doesn't pull stunts no matter how filled my bowl was.

Wow!! Stopped in for a quick lunch thinking it was a good option. Didn't know it was a 'make your own bowl', interactive type thing. It was great to get exactly what I like and as spicy as I like it! Will be back here every time we come town.
If you drive past here everyday and are curious to try it then you shouldn't hesitate for another moment. Great food with friendly staff! Pile your bowl high and take home the leftovers for more food later!

I visited Da-Han while staying at a nearby hotel. The server greeted us at the door and explained the menu, process, etc. to us since we had never been there. The variety of cut vegetables and meats to build your bow was very good. I loaded my bowl with veggies and beef and my server greeted me at the end of the buffet and offered to mix the sauce for me (he did one scoop of each offering-delicious). He even told me to go back for more vegetables before I took it to the grill. Our bowls were quickly cooked and when we returned to our table, our appetizers (extra), soups and rice (included) were waiting for us. Everything was delicious. Everyone was welcoming and kind. If I’m back in the area I will definitely return to Da-Han.
