Does not want to honor DQ coupons. Try other DQs they still take DQ coupons.

Wouldn’t take a coupon directly from DQ app. Barely put any topping in the ice cream and when we brought it up he told us we had to pay $3 for a “second” scope. Really disappointed since I’ve frequented the store for years. Don’t know if there’s new ownership or what happened but it’s really gone down hill. Will not be returning.

I wish I could give this DQ zero stars.
The bathroom was disgusting, filthy, nasty old faucet, paper towels overflowing the garbage can.
Nasty, nasty, nasty.
We decided to NOT eat here after going to wash our hands.
We wouldn’t even let our dogs eat here.
Go check out the bathroom BEFORE ordering and paying.

Fruit flies flying around and crawling on almost every surface; and the toilet was the worst I have ever seen for an open restaurant. They just do not care about cleanliness, and wonder if the health department has ever visited?

Rude and slow service. Go somewhere else.

Consistently great soft serve items made quickly and as ordered. If something is not quite right, let Vinay know and he will make it right because he understands that it’s not just about customer satisfaction but about customer delight.

I was picking up an order and OMG! It smelt so bad of grease. Definitely wouldn't order food from here. Was gagging waiting on the order. I had to go straight home for a shower to wash it off. My wife told me I stunk. She was gagging as well. Very dirty inside as well. I wouldn't order from here. Honestly, it i get another order from this location I think im gonna msg the customer and tell them cancel and order from somewhere else. This place should not be serving food.

Ice cream was okay. The cashier was rude and the restaurant was dirty

We stopped in briefly and asked to use the restroom, but were immediately met with attitude and were rudely scolded by the front desk staff for not making a purchase. The whole interaction felt incredibly unwelcoming and uncomfortable. I didn’t realize needing to use a restroom could be treated like a crime. Definitely not the kind of energy that makes you want to stick around, let alone spend money.

Front door was dirty and covered with hand prints and dirt. The inside was smokey and smelled like dirty grease.

The ice cream was great. The restaurant was filthy and infested with ants. Yuck.

I’m sure you would have appreciated me contacting you directly, but that kind of defeats the purpose of timely reviews to warn other people about the low standards of cleanliness at your restaurant.

I’ve visited Dairy Queen locations for years, but this particular franchise redefined what it means to be treated with outright disrespect. From the moment I walked in, the staff’s unwelcoming demeanor set the tone—something I’ve unfortunately experienced during past visits too, with cold, borderline rude interactions. However, the real shock came this time when I, politely asked for a cup of water. Let me be clear: I wasn’t loitering or asking for freebies. I’d spent money at their establishment, yet the manager acted as though my simple request was an outrageous imposition.

Instead of basic courtesy, I was met with eye rolls, dismissive sighs, and a condescending tone from management. Their behavior was both unprofessional and needlessly hostile. When i was hoping for a shred of decency, the manager doubled down, making me feel like an inconvenience rather than a customer. Even in prior visits, the vibe here has always been frosty, but this crossed the line into blatant disrespect.

It’s baffling that a brand known for “Happy Treats” tolerates such toxic management. This wasn’t just poor service; it was a pattern of contempt for patrons. Save your time and money—this location clearly doesn’t value either. Until they overhaul their management’s attitude, steer clear unless you enjoy being treated like a nuisance for daring to ask for the bare minimum *after supporting their business*.

**Advice to Management:** Train yourself in basic customer service. A smile costs nothing, and neither does water—*especially* when someone has already paid for your overpriced products. Repeat customers won’t exist if you treat people like trash.
