Banana Split Blizzard should have fruit throughout, not just at the top and bottom.

It's hit or miss with service with the bad outweighing the good. Sometimes the food is great, others the fries are cold and the chicken tenders look and taste old.

Today was mediocre. The girl handed me the cup carrier and I went sit it down on my seat and the lids popped off, then she tells me that the lids weren't on all the way after ice cream had already spilled on my car seat. I feel like that's probably something she should have warned me about before she handed me the cup carrier.

The fries old and we didn't get a lot of them in the chicken tender basket. They forgot three of the sauces for my other chicken tender basket. The staff is nice, but at times it seems like common sense is lacking. By the time I got home I had melting blizzards and cold fries and I only live about 5 minutes down the road.

Like I said it's hit or miss, and I like it when everything goes correctly, but lately it seems like the bad outweighs the good with experience and food here.

If I could give this zero stars I would staff is Unorganized no one knows what’s going on in the back. Kitchen staff were arguing about remaking my order then just gave me my old order back. This is the second time staff have been confrontational with one another in front of Customers in front of me. I have never received a correct order from this location. I always have to come back in. That being said, this will be my last time coming to this location.

Good food

Placed a mobile order, pickup time was 5:51. Did not get my food until 6:10. The whole time I had to wait while the drive thru was getting their food as soon as they came. Absolutely ridiculous

This place is always packed. You never wait that long the food is nice and hot when you get it the ice cream is very good recommend the royal starberry cheese cake blizzard I don't like cheese cake but this blizzard is good definitely recommend one of the last good fast food restaurant in colerain

Employees seem to enjoy their cell phones more than their job, just like all customer service staff.

All the food was really good but it took a very long time to get my shake, I basically had eaten my entire meal by the time I got my shake.

At 9:40 on Friday February 7th 2025 me and my son went to dq. My son is was interested in working at dq because we love the food here. He called earlier and was told they do not have inline applications only paper. the store was still open the inside was closed and locked but the drive thru was still open. I encouraged my son to smile and still ask for a application while we were in drive through. One of the young girls grabbed the manager at the window and the gm Tracey came to the window with an attitude. My son asked “can I get a job application please” she looked at my son like was offended that he asked and said “no” and started to close the window!!!!!! He shockingly asked why and she stood there for a moment and replied “we don’t give those through drive through” and closed the window. She looked at my son and judge him and didn’t even had a reason just made up one. She took to long to give a reason after being asked why and was extremely nasty like she hated her job. This will be the last time we attend this dq or any for that matter. I’m disgusted at this lady.

i never come to write reviews but i had a doordash order and as soon as i walked up to the door a guy came and locked the door and walked away and it’s literally only 9:30 and there’s people inside. then i went through the drive thru and they were just rude. good food bad customer service fr

Maybe it's to high but everytime I've gone it's been good.

Very clean inside and helpful workers. Manger Tracey helped me find what I liked on the menu and even suggested some things that were to my liking.
