The child working the drive thru was rude. Manager was unavailable as he was in his car on the phone smoking. Horrible service! No adult supervision was present.

Food amazing service always great. As for atmosphere sadly just as any place on the west side it eventually becomes what you'd expect of the west side. But that does not stop the service and food being amazing !

Didn’t even answer me in the drive thru. I sat there for 15 mins and not a single person greeted me. Horrible service! I drive right past the window and there is a worker in the window and didn’t acknowledge me at all. It’s 10:40pm and it says you don’t close till 11pm. Seems you need to have better managers

Crew is usually very friendly and helpful. Food quality is excellent.
Sometimes they fall a bit short in cleanliness of the tables.

I have to give a huge THANK YOU to Destiny at Dairy Queen! After two employees were extremely rude and told me I couldn’t pick up my paid online order without a car, Destiny stepped in and completely saved the day. She was kind, professional, and went above and beyond to make things right.

If it wasn’t for her, I would’ve left upset—but instead, I left impressed. Destiny is exactly the kind of employee every business needs!

Love this food and location, the employees are always soooo nice and have great attitudes which I so appreciate!! I always get great service and great food here. Only thing is that everytime that I try to get an extra mix in (specifically cheesecake bites), they charge me for it but never put it in. I work food service so I get it to an extent but it really sucks every time :(

Went on opening day and got 2 pieces of cheesecake in my blizzard, fries were cold and tenders were cold. Today is my 2nd chance with them got another strawberry blizzard and I had to meet my niece at the door of my house because it was pouring over the sides. A blizzard should be able to be turned upside down not melting and spilling over the sides. Bridgetown Dairy Queen is not even a 5 minute drive from my house and it's not hot outside plus the car had ac blasting. I don't think I want to go back a 3rd time. If I want Dairy Queen I will go to St. Benard location. Again my small strawberry cheesecake blizzard had only 2 pieces of cheesecake. Today my medium blizzard one had no pieces of cheesecake in it i just discovered because I put it in the freezer since it had the wrong consistency i didn't
eat it yesterday ugh! 😤

I went back again a few weeks ago. It's now July 21, 2025. I got a chocolate covered strawberry cheesecake blizzard. It's a special blizzard costs a little extra. I didn't have 1 piece of cheesecake in my blizzard. I have made 4 different trips. St. Bernard location always makes my blizzard with actual cheesecake pieces. I was really happy having a year round option on the Westside. I guess I guess I'll go to Blue Ash location when St. Bernard closes for the season

Just an awful all around visit. Ordered a blizzard and it wasn't even mixed. Hooray for a cup of ice cream. Don't visit this location, I've had other issues in the past few visits too. I've been given the wrong order twice before, missing items, and even waiting 20 minutes on a simple blizzard before when it wasn't busy. Will not be coming back. Try the Colerain location, much better.
