The food is always amazing

We were having a party and decided to use a caterer. We chose Daveeds. From the beginning, it was very easy to deal with them. Their communication was excellent. The menu planning was so easy because Liz Cook was extremely helpful the entire way. Once here at our home, Mary, Alex and Joel were all fabulous. They did such a good job bartending, cooking, serving and cleaning. You never had to ask them to do anything because they were on it. And the food was fabulous. Everybody at the party enjoyed Daveeds. We will absolutely use them again and recommend them highly.

We have had enjoyed David's cooking since we first moved back to Cincinnati and discovered Daveed's in Mt. Adams in the early 2000's. Even then he was always incredibly sensitive to our food allergies and intolerances. I've loved watching their transition and maturation from Mt. Adams, to Loveland, back to Mt. Adams, and now to Madeira with Daveed's Catering and Culinary Kitchen. I can't count the number of meals and dishes I've enjoyed with them over the past 20 years.I was inspired to write this review though after David and Liz Cook provided an in home cooking class with not only a delicious menu of food, but also instructions in knife skills, sauce preparation, and simple preparations of different seafood and vegetables. We learned how to make (and were given recipes for) 5 different sauces from globally diverse culinary styles. To say that we were well fed is a gross understatement. To say that we were entertained and educated does not do justice to the experience.I can't recommend this business and its owners enough. Take advantage of the opportunity to learn from a true master of the craft of cooking if you ever have the opportunity. If not, just enjoy the delicious food!

These people are absolutely TOP SHELF. We had a Valentine's dinner this evening. 5 courses, serving about 12-14 people in a private setting. Every course was perfect. David and Liz produced beautiful dishes with stellar service. I have used these guys for birthday parties, office parties etc for literally 15+ YEARS and I am consistently amazed at the quality and professionalism, year after year. Do yourself a favor and hire this crew for your next private/corporate dinner. I love these guys.

What a great evening we had for Valentine's dinner!! The service and food were outstanding!!!!!! Every dish was incredible. Thank you David and Liz and your entire attentive team for making the night so great. Highly recommend Daveed's for your catering events as well as anything else they have to offer!!

From working with Liz Cook while planning our special event with so many incredible choices, to the actual evening, enjoying a delicious meal prepared by Chef David + perfectly paired beverages, this was a stellar experience!
