This is couldn't be a MORE accurate statement regarding DC Catering. I have worked with Terry, Shannon and Dave as well as the rest of the company for many years. They provide meals for Empower Learn Create, Inc, a high quality early childhood education agency near the University of Cincinnati's campus. We have a number of dietary needs and special requests that are accommodated and honored. DC Catering is responsive to our needs, communicative and professional. They are well versed in USDA CACFP and go above and beyond to meet these requirements. We are proud to be one of their clients. DCS has provided lunch meals for both of my child care centers for 10+years! Dave and Terry are amazing! They are thoroughly educated with the Ohio Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP). They make sure our lunches are always creditable meals! Have never had a delivery issue in 10+years!
