Dropped in for the first time 15 minutes before they closed for a quick bite after work. Best turkey club I’ve ever had. Love the drink selection as well. Will definitely be back for coffee and breakfast sometime!

Daylily is usually solid. Picked up two “Chopped” Cheese sandwiches and came home to neither of them being chopped. Pretty disappointed.

Just wanted to say thank you to the lad working here tonight (8th August). We arrived just before closing (minutes before. We didn’t know it shuts at 6). Ordered a beer and sat outside for 30 minutes. We didn’t realise that the place had been closed for 30 minutes and the guy inside was waiting for us to leave before packing away the chairs. A lot of people would have packed up around us and tried to get us to move. He just sat waiting patiently inside and only came out when we were waking away. I feel guilty about taking 30 minutes of his Friday night and just wanted to say thank you.

This spot has a naturalist vibe—they sell mushrooms, granola, and similar items—which is cool if that’s your thing. I had their version of an Italian sub. It was fresh, but the flavor was flat and nothing really stood out.
The staff felt a bit distant and borderline rude, which took away from the experience. Overall, it was just okay. I appreciate the concept, but the food and service didn’t quite hit the mark.

I love this place! The food and baked goods are always fresh and delicious. Their tea is just right—comforting and flavorful. The outdoor seating is one of my favorite parts, perfect for relaxing and enjoying a peaceful moment. Highly recommend Daylily Deli if you’re looking for a cozy spot with great vibes and quality treats!
Hello! I visited this place for the first time a few weeks ago with a friend and really enjoyed both the service and the food. However, after returning for a second visit today, I felt compelled to leave a review.
Unfortunately, this experience was disappointing. The customer service was rude and unprofessional. Our drinks weren’t made correctly, and when I asked for one to be remade due to its poor consistency and unpleasant taste, the staff turned their backs to us. One of them even asked, “What’s wrong with it?” in a dismissive tone. Rather than remaking the drink, they simply added more milk and vanilla, which didn’t fix the issue.
We also ordered food with the intention of dining in, but instead, it was handed to us in a to-go bag without any communication.
Sadly, after this experience, I won’t be returning.

Will is hands-down one of the best baristas I’ve ever encountered. From the moment you walk into Daylily, he greets you with genuine warmth and a smile that instantly makes your day better. His personable nature turns a simple coffee run into a meaningful experience—he remembers names, favorite drinks, and makes everyone feel like a regular, even if it’s your first visit. On top of that, his service is consistently incredible. He’s quick, attentive, and never sacrifices quality—whether it’s crafting a flawless latte or recommending a new favorite off the menu. Will brings heart and soul to his work, and it shows. Daylily is lucky to have him, and so are the customers. If you stop by, do yourself a favor and let Will take care of your order—you’ll leave with a great drink and an even better interaction.
Daylily is my favorite early morning bike ride destination. I love that they're open early 7 days a week, and it's always peaceful and quiet to sit out on the patio. Excellent coffee. You can't go wrong with the egg & cheese sandwich. Order turnaround time has always been quick for me, but I've never been when it's been super busy. Will visit again, many times.

Be prepared to wait regardless of how busy the store is.
Seems mandatory to wait at least 15 minutes for a sandwich regardless of how busy the store is. Ordered one bagel with veggie cream cheese. Waited over 15 minutes for a bagel. Over 15 minutes for a toasted bagel. Cream cheese used to be filled with veggies. There were hardly any veggies in it. Place used to be great. The last few times I’ve been by have definitely made it to where I will not be swinging by unless it’s for a quick coffee.

This is a cool little spot. The food and coffee was great and I loved the vibe. The food took a bit long for what was ordered, but we grabbed a seat with our coffees and had a pleasant time while we waited.
