Actually give this place a five-star rating based on what you get for the price. The staff are awesome the location is Up Under New Management with Renovations you can tell that the hotel staff and management is trying to make it a better environment so for that I give them five stars for effort you can't beat it for what you pay for and for the price you would think you will see bugs I have not seen one since I've been there off and on as a trucker you will see a lot of hotel rooms

Horrible Place the pictures online are nothing like this Place the outside is Horrible toilet doesn't work right fan in bathroom doesn't have a cover on it curtains are mildewed the carpet coming up the stairs is coming loose and halfway taped down with red tape worst Place I have ever stayed oh and people in rooms doing drugs the parking lot and hallways smell of a very strong smell of Marijuana

I would not recommend staying here it was very very dirty linen floors walls everything was a disaster I switched out of one room and the second room was even worse I literally packed me and my 5 kids up and walked right out I can’t believe this I’ve never experienced this before where are the inspectors????? If this had a negative 100 stars I would give it

Rooms have been clean and comfortable, few times there have been minor issues such as wifi issues, broken outlets and water issues but overall can't complain. Service is great only complaint would be broken English but overall no complaints against their work and effort. My biggest issue is I wish they'd accommodate smokers with a heaters and maybe a heated tent to give smokers more incentives to not smoke in non smoking roomsWalkability: Many walkable businesses

Would not recommend staying here. The room was not very clean- dirty floors, dirty walls, holes in the wall, stained linens, upholstery and lampshades. The hallways smelled like smoke and weed. The exterior had a rundown look and it didn't appear to be in the best part of town. On top of that the customer service was not good. My daughter got unexpectedly admitted to the hospital during our stay so I had to cancel our last night on short notice and they would not give me a refund even under those extenuating circumstances. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Great place to stay despite other reviews. Staff are friendly and are the upmost attentive when I go to them for any concerns. The rooms are clean, spacious and heating and cold air work perfect. It's always been quiet and settled which is great since I wake up early for work. Awesome place with awesome

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM EVERYONE, INCLUDING BOB THE GENERAL MANAGER AND FERHAD THE FRONT DESK MANAGERSo I wasn’t going to write a bad review, I was just going to speak to the manger but every time I call, the manger seems to not be in.I had a reservation for the 22nd. Unfortunately I had a death in my family and was not able to make that reservation, I called the hotel that same day and spoke to someone at the front desk who said to call back and speak to the manger and something could be worked out. So I called back, the next day the lady who I spoke to was so rude and said she wouldn’t write down the message for the manger that I had called two days in a row and needed this issue resolved. She hung up on me twice. I called back the third day, again the manager was not in, I asked the guy to write down that message about my issue and he said he would. I called back again each day only to hear the manager isn’t in and that no one could help with my issue. So today I called back again the front desk person said that the manager would be in from 11-3. I called at 2 and asked to speak to the manager ferhad, said no he’ll be in at 3 I said okay can you help me since you are the front desk manager, he hung up on me. I called back again and before I even said anything, he hung up. Then I called back a third time, he picks up the phone and again before I say anything he says, I can’t help you with your issue you would have to talk to bob. And I say okay well instead of hanging up on me why didn’t you just say that in the first place.Idk who is in charge over there but you need new employees. There is absolutely no way that your hotel customer service should be this bad. And for me to be hung up on by 2 different people on 5 different occasions is ridiculous.I want a full refund, and I will be putting in a complaint with the Better Business BureauYou guys do not need to be in business any longer.So to add, I called again at 3 to speak to the manager and again he wasn’t in. Some rude white girl. Says that she gave him my information which is unlikely because I haven’t given anyone there my information because they wouldn’t take it. So she lied then I caught her in the lie now she gets mad. And hangs up so I keep calling back.I’m in contact with Priceline for my full refundAnd I am now on the phone with the Better Business BureauDO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTELNEED TO BE OUT OF BUSINESS
