Deadlow mangers response, we will be fine without you!
My family and I have been Deadlow regulars for years. Spent mothers day there with our extended family.
We go on average three times a month for the past five years. My mom has Deadlow gear and was buying a new sweatshirt the night we were told to leave!
My sons 5 & 8 are picky eaters and do not like anything on the menu, we have tried to get them to eat things while there in the past with no success.
Today the manager came up and told us that our kids could not eat outside food and that It was posted on the door you can not bring outside food in.
We explained the circumstances and conveyed that we spend a lot of money there and have never had it mentioned let alone been told to leave! He was unwilling and argumentative.
When I conveyed how often we were there, he blatantly said, we will be fine without you!
I never write reviews, but feel like people should know Deadlow’s management’s view is that they will be fine without you with a smile on their face.

Went to Dead Low this weekend and had the Brussel Sprout salad! It was so good! Our server was on his game and super nice. They were pretty busy but everything came out at a reasonable time!! Would recommend to friends visiting Cinci!!

This is a comfortable, friendly place. The food is delicious. The menu has a variety of great choices from homemade pizza to burgers to sandwiches. There is a bar. My friends said the Dead Low brand was a great choice.

This was our first time visiting this brewery. We have driven by it several times and finally made the choice to meet up with friends here. The server was wonderful and quickly got our beers. The beers were fun and delicious. She gave us some time to look over the menu and then came back to answer our questions. The food was fresh hot and delicious. The fries were so good that even though I was full I couldn't stop picking at them! This is a great space inside and out. We will definitely be putting this in our rotation if breweries

If I could leave no stars, I would. Service was slow from the get go. Food came out, the person nearly dropped the pizza in our laps and proceeded to spill a full glass of water on me and walked away. No towels, napkins, nothing. I had to ask for a towel, and the female manager brought me a wet towel. She acted annoyed when I asked. The people next to us gave me some napkins they had leftover to try and clean the water up off my phone, in front of us, my lap. The individual who spilled the water and nearly the pizza came back about five minutes later to apologize. I’ve worked in restaurants for 15 years and am sympathetic to a certain extent, but the reaction from staff and the manager to spilling the water and almost the pizza was unacceptable. Service was slow all around. Not somewhere I would recommend or return to. Treat your patrons with more urgency and sympathy when something goes wrong, not like an inconvenience.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. The service was the worst I have ever experienced. They spilled a pizza tray and luckily I caught it before the hot pizza landed in our lap, but it spilled the drink on us. No one batted an eye. The waiter hurried away. We literally had to yelled someone down to get us towels. The manager brought a wet towel and didn’t even apologize. She acted like we were a burden. Then it took that much longer to get a box for our food and the check. Would not recommend and will not visit again.
