Giving 4 stars because i don’t want to affect a local business but leaving this review because a friend and I had a really uncomfortable experience about a month ago. I came in to get a coffee and I didn’t leave a tip. I would love to be able to but I quite literally do not have the finances to afford to do it every time. My friend ordered after me and asked me quietly if I tipped and I said I didn’t. Right after I said that, the barista who was making my order gave me this really uncomfortable look and continued staring at me on and off the entire time i was in there. After I left my friend immediately asked me if I saw that too. We both felt really weird about it. I haven’t been back since because it was just really odd and uncomfortable. I’m a hairstylist so I understand tips are important, but I also understand not everyone has the financial means to be tipping for every single service, especially if it’s just for one coffee.

Got a honey bear latte and added maple because that's what the guy recommended when I said I liked sweet stuff and didn't want to taste coffee..... Yikes. It was no where near sweet enough and the coffee was so overpowering. Then got a nitro cold brew with macadamia milk and vanilla because it was recommended to me by someone. That was absolutely terrible, one of the worse things I've ever tried in my life.

What a great cafe! Had a very good cortado. The milk was steamed right with nice texture and flavor, and it complimented the nicely pulled espresso. They’re doing a splendid job here, with friendly service. Something went wrong with the register, and there was a line of customers almost out the door, and nobody lost their cool. In fact the customers and staff all took it in stride. I think everyone in the room was just there for the great coffee. My kind of people :)

Very good coffee. Ordered the Tanzania beans for a cappuccino and an iced latte. Friendly staff and great seating area. A pleasant surprise.
I'm not sure what's going on with deeper roots.... But this is the third coffee I've gotten from the third deep roots location, that just has not been to the standard that they're really known for. Coffee is way too hot, it's like pulling teeth to get a ceramic mug, and quite honestly I feel like the coffee itself has just gone downhill, or maybe the baristas. Hoping it's better next time.

I have personally been to this location over 10 times. I used to enjoy my time here a lot since it had good parking, decent seating and good coffee. However, the last three times I have gone to this specific location, I have been met with extreme coldness and uncaring staff. I understand having a bad or busy day, but when it is happening consistently, there is a problem.
The first time I noticed something was off was when the worker was chatting with her coworkers (no problem with that), looked annoyed at me for coming to the register (sorry I just wanted coffee), then at the register barely spoke to me, then proceeded to get my order wrong.
The second instance was when the worker was at the register on her phone, she asked what I wanted, I told her, then she repeated back the order extremely wrong.
The third instance was I placed my order, they got it wrong, forgot my food and then took a while to remake it (It was busy, so I can understand that part a little bit). The remake was also wrong.
Like I said earlier, I used to really enjoy this location. But it sucks when you walk into an establishment, especially as an extremely shy person, and get treated poorly.

Stopped here for coffee with my daughter. Easily accessible from the main road. There is also a large parking lot for all patrons to use. Though easy to navigate, this establishment is small and can become crowded quickly with just a few patrons. There are tables and chairs to wait for orders or even enjoy their purchases as well as conversations with friends or other guests.

My favorite coffee shop in all of Cincinnati because of the kind staff. I’ve been going here pretty often for a while now, and barista Emily makes you feel right at home while providing exceptional drinks! Emily is very welcoming and provides great conversation and service.
