The coffee is excellent, but the service is terrible. As I approached the counter to order, the young lady focused on restocking pastries ignored me. Another girl in the back waited behind a colleague until two other customers arrived. Only then did she come forward to offer help. I am of African descent, while they were Caucasian. Politely, I inquired if it was the norm to ignore me until customers of another race arrived. The employee who took my order seemed displeased with my questions. On my two subsequent visits to the establishment, after placing my order, the same girl placed my coffee and pastry in the middle by the coffee machines instead of bringing them to the front as they usually do for me. They neglected to inform me that my order was ready and just left it there. Another staff member had to inform me that my coffee was ready. While the place itself is nice, the employees are impolite and unprofessional. I will not be returning. I initially thought it was just an off day, but experiencing this two more times is not acceptable. If you dislike your job or see color as a way to treat others diffrent you should consider seeking employment elsewhere.
Great coffee shop in downtown! Super chill spot! You can easily concentrate!

Excellent coffee ☕️. This was my second time here. Anytime I come to Cincinnati, this will be my stop. Good service.

Favorite coffee in Cincinnati so far
Amazing 3rd wave coffee from DR. Pourovers here are best in class, as was the single origin cortado. They constantly rotate the selection to keep it fresh!

Still a good spot but there’s better around
Stopped by for the first time. Wanted to get another coffee shop under my belt. This place didn’t disappoint. Great vibe. Smelled clean. Staff was nice. Honey Bear Latte was perfect.

Probably the worst coffee I've ever had. It might be a personal taste thing but it was so bitter i almost got sick. Wouldn't recommend for casual coffee enjoyers

Hipster café with some great coffee and well prepared. This is my go-to café in Cincy. Coffee (beans or ground), accessories and merch can be purchased.

Walked in here at 340. 20 minutes before close at a coffee shop. I ordered coffee and was told that since they close in 20 minutes they were unable to do that. Ridiculous, brew a pot of coffee, do the pour over, instead of thinking about how quickly you can get out at closing time. It’s not like I ordered a well done 24 oz bone in steak. Disappointing.
