Found that our food was not that tasty. Chicken and waffles...chicken dried out and waffles just weren't that good. Chicken skillet just wasn't good at all. We were disappointed. So much so, we might not visit again. Our waitress Ella was just fabulous!

My bison steak was overcooked which our waiter Joe noted immediately and he took it back to the kitchen. They cooked me a new steak medium rare which was done to perfection. The manager also came to talk to us and apologized profusely for the inconvenience. He also comped us the steak as well as a huge piece of chocolate cake for dessert in honor of our anniversary. Fantastic service and food. We will be returning often.

I have been coming for years! Brought my 76 yr old neighbor for her bday told everyone and when booking it was her bday would have been nice to get a happy bday or a little something, but we got our own 2 desserts anyways.

I've been here twice this past week! It's a great place to meet friends and have a leisure lunch and brunch without feeling "rushed." It's my go-to place when inviting friends and family to dine out.

David was an excellent server. He didn't hover over us but was there whenever he was needed. Top rated in our opinion. We have been coming to this restaurant for years.... always top notch service from top down. Thank you !

Already knew that dinner was great here but Brunch was truly wonderful. Our server seemed a bit overwhelmed and didn't revisit our booth enough (never brought coffee around for refills) but he seemed to be new and learning the ropes. Food outstanding and the atmosphere is your mountain lodge.

It took about 15 mins to find out they were out of blackberry cobbler. So long that we then had no time for dessert. Everything else was great

The place its self is a lovely establishment with all the traditional wood that reminded me of an English style pub and I went for my birthday dinner. I'm got the crab stuffed mushrooms to start and they were just covered in cheese with not much flavor. I was hankering for the pot roast with root vegetables. The meat was not tender, melt in your mouth like you would expect but a little tough. The root vegetables were mainly celery. Not what I was expecting or wanted. I saw a blackboard upon entry advertising a sangria. I love sangria but when it came out it was just a glass of ice with very little sangria in and no fruit and it tasted watery. I mention this to he server and they replaced it to what a sangria should be. I am glad I did as I would have been unhappy paying $13 for a glass of ice and some water with a bit of sangria in it. This place is usually hit or miss and that's why I don't frequent this place.

Another great experience at one of our favorites. We split dinner and salad down the middle which was made easier when it came from the kitchen that way. Food was hot and delicious like it always is. It's truly one of our go-to options. The corn bread that comes out with drinks is as good as you'll find...

Private group lunch - everything was very good, service was wonderful! Strawberry basil margaritas were very good. Excellent experience!

The food was reasonably priced & tasted good. Our server was polite & prompted. I has a reservation & we were able to get seated half a hour before our reservation (which was great) I'll definitely return. I really loved the lake that was on the side of the restaurant.

We had never dined there and just wanted a different experience. Entrees were ok. I ordered blackened shrimp creole but the shrimp were not blackened. Dish itself was average. Didn't complain because all other entrees were served. My wife's crab cake was burned on the bottom. Cocktails there are cheap pours at an expensive price. Not worth the money. $13 for a martini that is half a small martini glass. Would not recommend this place. Sax player was good.
