Pizza was delivered 20 min after quoted time and it was very thin, dry, burnt with large air bubbles on top. It was so hard and dry 30 min after delivery that it was not edible!!! No response yet from Dewey’s customer service. This is the third time I have complained about the Clifton location, the other two were while dining in the restaurant. I will not return to this location again.

So disappointed, we got a calzone with onions, green peppers and spinach. It was so bland, there was no seasoning on it or garlic butter or anything. The pizza barley had any cheese, and we asked for 2 different cheeses so we're charged $3 extra. It needed more sauce and WAY more cheese.

I’m from NC,the area I live in doesn’t have any good pizza and I come up to Cincinnati for medical appointments so getting this pizza is something I do on a (near) daily base, everything about this pizza is incredible the crust is fluffy soft and crunchy, the sauce is slightly spicy (very slightly imo) I love everything about it, I’m switching hospitals and I mourn the fact I won’t get this any more.

Just not very good anymore. Pretty sure this chain has switched to using cheaper and frozen ingredients, everything tasted like it had been frozen. Well done bake was not well done, pretty sure the chain switched to a conveyor style baking method. Bit of a shame, used to be a go-to place.

As always Dewey's food and service were awesome with a casual, inviting, atmosphere. We both got salads which were delicious. The wait staff work together to make sure our glasses stay full and everything was handled efficiently and courteously.
I go there occasionally, and I've always liked the pizza. Today, we ordered pizza with white sauce, but it was plain and dry. Additionally, we ordered a gluten-free Hawaiian pizza; the crust was hard and contained very few pieces of pineapple.

Nice place and nice people. The BBQ pizza was not my cup of tea. Who puts black beans, corn, and roasted red pepper on BBQ chicken pizza? Dewey's does.
