Never a bad meal at deweys. Pizza truely done right. High quality ingredients make all the difference.
I placed a pick up order this morning and the service I received was exceptional! They answered the phone after just two rings, and the man who took my order was very helpful. He even recommended me their seasonal salad which was amazing! My order was ready exactly when they told me to expect it and everyone working in the carryout room was very kind. I will definitely be ordering from this location again!
First off, any review less than 5 star is not someone who knows pizza. Dewey’s Pizza is the freshest, well baked, most delicious pizza I’ve ever had in my life! And the customer service is 100/100 stars. It’s hard to find good dinning options with good customer service these days but Dewey’s has it figured out.
This is by far the best pizza I have ever had. Highly recommend. Great food and service.
Im sad that through the years the pizza quality has greatly declined. Little toppings and the crust tastes different it’s hard to explain just plain. The salads are still great.
We love Dewey's! The service was great.
One of my favorite restaurants, love the seasonal salads!
Our favorite pizza in Cincinnati! They will do half and half of any pizza, even if the sauce is different. Kids can watch them make pizzas while waiting for a table. We always have great food and service, highly recommend.
Amazing gourmet pizza! Have been eating Dewey's since the 90's
and enjoy all their pizzas, but love the Tito Santana the most. Wish it was year 'round. Great Stuff!
Dewey's should have known better when they converted to Papa John's/Costco style mass production conveyer ovens in an effort to chase BIGGER $$$ and abandon what made them great. Sooner or later that move would come home to roost. Tonight was that night!!! After standing for 15 - 20 minutes waiting for a seat at the bar to watch the games, where everyone else was eating their pizzas, I finally got a seat. As soon as I sat down the bartender ask if I was planning to eat at the bar? I said absolutely!! He quickly ran off to only bring back the manager. Where I was told I would not be served sitting at the bar. 1 of their 2 ovens was broken down and I would be effectively butting in line ahead of the other tables, although I had already waited 20 minutes just for a seat. The most armature manager I've seen in a long time. His attitude and demeaner just pissed me off!!
Instead of basically kicking me out and say he wasn't going to serve me...All he had to say, is 1 of our 2 cheap high production Papa John's ovens is broken, and it will be XXX minutes to get a pizza. I could then determine if I want to sit and enjoy a couple beers and watch the NCAA games while waiting or go somewhere else. But at a minimum I'm given the choice to stay or go. His way, I was basically told to hit the road.
To anyone who reads this, you need to try Two Cities Pizza in Mason, it's really good!!! The pizza market is so over saturated every single customer counts. I'm thinking Dewey's has peaked and is now just milking the cow!! It will be a Looooong time before I even consider going back.

One of the best around
Always taken care of when we eat here
The pizza is awesome! The service is incredible. This is a must try if you love pizza.
This has been my favorite Dewey’s location for nearly 15 years now. The food is great and is always matched by great customer service. For example, tonight they happened to get my order wrong (added pickled jalepenos instead of fresh). The manager personally came out to my vehicle to apologize, ask me to wait while they remade it, and said the pizza would be on the house. He was super kind and super courteous! That’s why I love this Dewey’s. They always get it right…(even when the order is wrong).
Awesome pizza and salads
Terrible customer service & take out ordering is a joke. Staff including management often forget orders within a group order. This has happened to me personally several times. No offer to deliver after order has been picked up with missing items, zero apology or any sort of offer to amend the situation while my co workers enjoy a nice lunch & mine was not included. Crappy customer service for a missing 31$ lunch. They do have amazing salads or I'd never order from there again. Word to the wise check for every item in your order before leaving since staff does not.
