Used to order all the time until they stopped allowing Doordash orders. Switched to Crumbl.
The store itself is so aesthetically pleasing while tastefully paying homage to the Queen City! The cookies are incredible! The closest I’ve tasted to what Mamaw made! Can’t wait to try the next set of flavors!

We walked in today 10/20. As soon as we walked in we were told "I hate to turn away business but we are filling a huge order for the Bengals game"...it's 3:15pm. The game is almost over and we literally wanted 2 cookies. Whatever flavor. Didn't care. But we weren't even asked what we needed. Juat told they were to busy. This is the first time we have ever been here and we will never come back. This is not how to run a business. Didn't even ask what we wanted. Really upset because we have only heard good things. Guess we will never know.

Terrible customer service, placed order at the wrong dirty dough the right one told me they would refund my money haven't gotten a refund ending up disputing the charge. Was constantly being brushed off when id call about it.
