If I could give ZERO stars I would. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. 2 HOURS AND STILL DO NOT HAVE MY ORDER. When my order said max 53 minutes. Called to see how much longer since it's been out of the oven for over 30 minutes and they took forever to answer and when he did said another 45 FREAKING MINUTES. 3 hours for 2 freaking pizzas. How are they still in business?!!!

Canceled my order immediately after I placed it. Called to ask why, and no one picked up. I placed the order for over 2 hours in advance. How can you not handle that? Ridiculous.
ALWAYS order from Newport. This place Scammed me out of $26. They left my food outside after I said my partner was on their way down. I called the driver 3 times (within 2 minutes of realizing my mistake) because I realized it was delivered to my old address and asked if I could pick it up from the store (they are one block down from fourth and plum). No one picked up. I tried to call the store for 32 minutes. No one picked up until 11:38pm (they close at 12:00am) and they said that it was too bad and they left it on the ground for us. Gave no refund.
Tim- in my opinion, you are a horrible manager.
