We frequently order from this location for dinner. Mostly pick up since delivery can get tricky around our building downtown. Order is almost always correct and when it's not, they remake it super quickly. Staff is nice. Store is clean.

The cook didn't want to make food 20 minutes before close. Biggest cry baby ever. It says it closes at 1 am but the crybaby cook says it closes at midnight

I ordered online watched the quality captain check my order for 25 minutes, then the driver was on the way, no food but they took my money, my daughter whom is pregnant insisted on getting dominos so I tried to place the same order but a different dominos, how've they rerouted me to the same dominos after I paid again. Still not answering the phone and I've placed two calls, one for 33 minutes the other for 27 minutes. This is ridiculous. All I want them to do is give me all my money back at this point. No food from either order.

I made a delivery order through the app. It was never delivered, though the app marked the order completed. I couldn’t get anyone at the store to answer the phone. When I reported the issue on the app, they sent me a coupon, instead of a refund. Does anybody even work at this store?

Ordered on uber eats. There was an order mix up. Delivery driver said he’d go back and get my order but he never came back. I tried to call but they don’t pick up. A holes.
Octavia & Moni did a fantastic job with making sure that my pizza got done correctly. The store was extremely clean and has a great atmosphere to dine in.

I travel for work and stay at the Hilton downtown when in Des Moines. My flight always arrives late and this place is close to the hotel and open late. I've used the app several times to place a order late at night and the quality of the food always taste fresh. My last visit a small mistake was made regarding the toppings (forst time ever); however. I called and they answered the phone immediately. The person quickly offered different solutions to me. Because of their commitment to customer service, I'm pleased with the service and will continue to use them for a late night meal. I would recommend them if you're in the area.

NO ONE EVER ORDER FROM HERE. I literally was waiting OUTSIDE for my delivery. THE DELIVERY NEVER CAME AND RHEN WHEN I CALLED ABOUT IT THE DRIVER SAID THEY HAD ARRIVED AND CALLED ME BUT I DIDNT ANSWER… I HAVE THE SCREENSHOTS OF THEM NEVER CALLING ME.
