Ordered pizza with banana peppers and received jalapeño peppers. Hung up on 4 times when trying to call the store but when finally reached an employee he said it will be 2 hours to redeliver or send a gift certificate in mail. This is crazy why do we have to wait 2 hours after we already waited? This redelivery should be priority as it is your mess up not mine.

Last three times I have ordered (different days and times), I got a cancellation notice. When we did it on Door Dash, the same thing happened. It may be a good investment to work on shutting down the store for deliveries if they are understaffed etc. Very disappointing when the actual website allows you to order even though they are ready to cancel.

I ordered 2 pizzas and one didn't have sausage on it. They put it on the ground outside and I specifically asked for hand delivery. I tried to call back several times to complain and you can't get through to speak to no one. I will never order from this location again.

Service was good...food was terrible! Ingredients were subpar. Skimpy Ingredients! I won't be trying your sandwiches in the future.
I had ordered my food 20 minutes before arriving and when I showed up it wasn't ready That is understandable , but what still has me perplexed is the fact both of the itmes I ordered were not even fully cooked. The top is but the middle of both isn't even a bit warm you can still see the provolone that still hasnt melted!!

I experienced 2 separate instances where I ordered a pizza that was supposed to have various meats on it and when it arrived it was a cheese pizza. Both times the manager indicated that I would be receiving a coupon for a free pizza and neither time was a coupon ever received. If you say you're going to do something, DO IT!

Delivery Driver threw trash, receipts from car and soda bottles into our street & lawn upon delivery. A large amount of Dominies Trash was found on our lawn and street the next morning. Very unprofessional- Dominoes store on Colerain Avenue

They need to hire people with just a tiny bit of common sense. They made my order wrong and proceeded to not give me my Parmesan bites. Everytime I've ordered, there's been some kind of issue. You're better off ordering from ANYWHERE else rather than this location
