I experienced 2 separate instances where I ordered a pizza that was supposed to have various meats on it and when it arrived it was a cheese pizza. Both times the manager indicated that I would be receiving a coupon for a free pizza and neither time was a coupon ever received. If you say you're going to do something, DO IT!
Marcos never gets my order wrong. Looks like I'll be going back to them for future orders.

Delivery Driver threw trash, receipts from car and soda bottles into our street & lawn upon delivery. A large amount of Dominies Trash was found on our lawn and street the next morning. Very unprofessional- Dominoes store on Colerain Avenue

They need to hire people with just a tiny bit of common sense. They made my order wrong and proceeded to not give me my Parmesan bites. Everytime I've ordered, there's been some kind of issue. You're better off ordering from ANYWHERE else rather than this location

The only reason I'm giving you two stars is because your manager Emily was extremely nice. I ordered two items lava cakes and some cinnamon twists. Got cinnamon twists with no icing and parmesan garlic bites instead of lava cakes. I called and was told they be sent back out. I waited an hour called back she said they would be right there any minute. 40 min later I call again and the driver told her he hand delivered my food to me! The driver never came back to my house. $30 on two items which included the tip for nothing. I don't want any coupons because I won't be back. Emily I appreciate you.

My wife stopped to grab some pizzas for the family. Since I am at work she dropped one off to me. She said while picking up our order she noticed a few things missing. One of the items was Buffalo sauce on the Buffalo pizza. They quickly took it back and added sauce to it and when I went to lunch i noticed they added so much sauce the pizza couldn't be seen. Just curious at what IQ level do you have to be to work there? Is it the employees or is it lack of management caring and lack of training. It's amazing that some of these locations are open because the management or employees don't care. Is this acceptable?

We got carryout/ pickup at this location ( colerain ave by hobby lobby) ...food was hot n fresh... employees were friendly... my hubby liked that u call in order n jys drive around to pickup window n get ur food.... we got the mix n match deals ...the cheesy bread is the bomb 💣 ♡

I've usually had great experiences with this Domino's location. However, for Domino's rewards program, I'm a little disappointed. Disappointed. They only give you points on deliveries if you tip when you order. For the record, I never tip before I receive my food and know how good the service was. Otherwise, how do you adjust the tip if the service sucks. This basically turns a tip into a bribe. I am bribing them not to spit on my food!

I’m beyond frustrated because I went to call to cancel my order after it’s taken over 30 minutes to be delivered. I ended up getting the pizza but I was trying to cancel the order and now I’m stuck with food I don’t even want because it was late. When I called, which I called about 5 different times to each time I got hung up on? Pretty ridiculous. I used to work for dominos too, not this location but we could never just fo that.

Every time we order from this location our pizza is perfect. Thank you for being consistent!
Ordered my usual order with the addition of some parmesan bites and we left immediately so as to make sure the incident that happened before didn't happen. We live about 6 minutes away and after getting there and paying and seeing the pizza leave the oven we were back home just in time to see the online tracker change to done! So so fast everything as perfect and if you haven't had parm bites use your points or just get a 32 piece they wont last long. Thanks!

Came in on 12/03/2024 at 4:20pm to pick up my order and the employee taking the pizzas out of the oven was picking his nose with no gloves in front of all the customers and other employees... I dunno what the hell is wrong with people these days... I'd like to blame bad parenting but my parents did all they could and I still didn't listen. That being said it's common decency.... WOW

Ordered a handmade pan pizza but the pizza was not a pan crust pizza. If it was it’s definitely not how they’ve made them in the past.
