Domino's Pizza

Phoned in for two orders of cinnamon bread with icing. Drove in for pickup, didn't realize we didn't receive the icing until we were at home. Phoned the Colerain Avenue store and was placed on hold for almost 14 minutes. Stayed on hold as I drove back to the store. It wasn't busy but the three staff members acted confused...said they didn't know the call was on hold, I gave them my cash register receipt and the clerk still acted confused. I finally received the icing. Absolutely ridiculous and frustrating!

This is the only Dominos I’ve been going to since I moved to the College Hill area (about 2 years). No matter if it’s pickup or delivery they always have everything right in a timely fashion. I went for pickup on 4/28 later at night (12am) and most places are slow and act like they don’t want to work but every time I come late they are alert. On that particular night a black lady (didn’t catch her name) was amazing and told me to give a good review so I did!

Says that delivery starts at 10:30 and the place opens up at 10:30 but was told I can't order online until 11. So which is it??

Horrible. Not a soul working over age of 18. Toppings pitiful ordered extra cheese and got bubbles. On a thin crust. Burnt. Had to check to see if I got extra sauces. Did not. Next to a gun store no less with overwhelming smell of weed. Will never order here again. Was a mistake in the first place. Felt like a criminal just being there.

It was terrible we were the only ones there when we placed the order there were 5 people behind the counter and I always order chicken alfredo and the guy said they were out of chicken but he said he could make it with bacon instead. I said ok it was just noodles and burnt bacon pieces no sauce and no cheese and Italian steak sandwich and had to wait 37 for that crap. It was ridiculous. Older guy with glasses turned off online ordering and said to people who walked in it will be an hr. Won't ever go there again.

I’m beyond upset with this location. I ordered online Friday and my pickup time was for 13-23 minutes. When I arrived at the store the young lady told me it would only be 15-20 minutes. I decided to go ahead and wait for my order. I waited over an hour for my order. Then they dropped my lava cakes so I once again had to wait more time while my pizza was sitting there. By the time I got home the only thing warm was the lava cakes and I only live down the street. Worst experience I’ve ever had.

You can not request extra sauce for pasta… according to a representative of this establishments location it isn’t in the system and therefore can not be added, “even if it wasn’t cooked already” The response added with a tinge of defensiveness as if preparing for me to argue, despite my pleasant disposition and single question… what I get from this is they are fine to sacrifice business for a splash of sauce so our pasta isn’t dry. Last time I’ll stop here. For me, it’s just another business to add to the long list that stop receiving my money. Thank you, I’ll just make it myself. ✌🏾

DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION. My pizza was under cooked twice! It was just doe 🤮 and they don’t care the employees are a bunch of youngins that do not care about customers service AT ALL. The food made my bro throw up.

Ordered online. Said delivery would be no more than 30 mins later. We ordered our food at 9pm. It came out the oven At 917. (They send you updates) And we received our cold food around 10:15pm. That was after we had to call the store and see where it was.

I just ordered food over the phone it was not what I asked for I am not happy I paid for it with a card over the phone in advance I wanted what I asked for nothing less!!!!

I don't mind about getting my food wrong but if it could be made right but also not answer the phone it keep saying it was busy.like never had this happen with this before but never will order again from this location
