Ordered at 10:00 they didn’t bother opening the doors until 11:00. Employee didn’t even seem to care and no one ever answers the phone. I’d rather eat literally anywhere else.

Place an order online this is the only store online says delivers to me. After paying and placing the order I get a call within 5 minutes saying as of Saturday they no longer deliver in my area which is 45216 store is less than 10 minutes away. They told us if we want deliver we had to pick another store. No other store delivers to us accept that store according to their website. Filed a complaint online aswell with corporate.

Ordered 2 pizzas, 8 piece honey BBQ wings, and some sort of cheesy bread thing. We waited 30 minutes for it to bake, and then headed up there. It got done as soon as we got there (arrived at the location at about 8:25). They didn't bring it out to us. I guess thats fine whatever, was told to wait outside by the app but okay. Go in (around 8:40-8:45) and they still take forever to get my food over to me. Got food and left finally at 8:55) What is this??? Why did we have to wait for so long? What is this service???
Pizza was good... but the wings had like MINIMAL amount of sauce. Like it looked like they put in half a sauce cup into the box. Why? just why??

Since the President's Day incident, they have been very good about delivering on time and meeting customer needs. Seems like they did a lot of process improvement. Definitely happy with the changes made since my used to be 1 star review was posted.

This is probably my third time ordering from this location and I'm honestly so impressed with this store! Not only has the pizza been perfect each time, but the delivery guy Ken was a total sweetie. So far, 10/10 for quality za and friendly staff 💕

Only thing good I can say is the delivery guy was super sweet but I will never in my life order here again the pizza was trifling like hard af and greasy for nothing it was so much butter on it and hella cornmeal or what ever that is on the bottom like I got hand tossed cardboard and toppings

I’ve ordered from this location a few times, one of which was good, the second time they had us waiting for 45 minutes to an hour which is usually fine however they then cancelled the order informing us the store was no longer open even though we had ordered almost an hour prior to their closing. Now tonight I ordered a medium stuffed crust pizza with there Philly cheesesteak tots and a 2 liter of cherry coke around 9pm. We just received our order three hours later at 12:05am. On top of the long delay the pizza was completely wrong and nothing but stuffed crust and cheese. I love Dominos but if I order pizza again it will not be from this location.
Although the food is good, the unreasonable amount of time you have to wait for your food to arrive is insane. I once had to wait 2 hours for my food to arrive and got no compensation or anything. Just a “sorry about the wait”. I’ve had to call about issues with this location 4 times now and they’ve all been unpleasant. Wouldn’t recommend ordering delivery unless you live 10 minutes out from this location. I live about 15-16 minutes out and already have to deal with these issues. When the foods warm it’s good. When it’s cold, it’s a bad experience. Overall, it’s a good place with nice drivers, but they always seem understaffed. Just order to pick up and you’ll be fine.

I haven't ordered from here in a while. But I ordered from here tonight, prices were unreasonable. Now high. Got my food pizza was burnt, delivery guy dropped my sauce on the ground and it burst, and the order was wrong. But it was fast and hot. Clearly lost my business. I will remember this!

Bruh waited a hr on god my pizza is colder than Michigan in mid February the pizza also stinks kinda musty and I found a hair in my food and a dead roach outside the box

delivery took over an hour & they dropped it off to the wrong location & my food was stolen after having instructions to call when you arrive & meet at the door, which they had no problem doing in previous orders
