I ordered a 14” Bacon pizza. The attached is a chicken parmesan garlic. That I did not order. I tried to call the store multiple times. No one answered the phone.
I had to order Door Dash that cost me $31.00. So now that’s $50.00.
I reached out again this morning,No manager was in. I was told I have drive to the store with my receipt and they will replace the pizza.
Hello, I paid a delivery fee. The store has my delivery order. I should not have to drive to the store to show proof of my order. So if I drive up to the store is Domino’s going to pay for my time my fuel, reimburse me the cost of my DoorDash order? The excuse I received “ yeah we were busy last night “. That is no excuse for not answering the phone. The driver knew he made a mistake and the store didn’t want to deal with it.
How is Domino’s going to fix this?

We got 3 pizzas 2 was wrong one was under cooked, so we called to complain the guy said they couldn't replace because someone had a slice, he went on to say there's is a new person who probably made it. So we are paying for someone mistake and didn't get what we ordered. Foul
We ordered 3 pizzas and two where wrong not to mention the crust was not completely cooked. But was told sense we started eating there was nothing they could do. Hey do you find out that something is wrong with pizzas without eating it. So that was your mistake but I have pay for what you messed up said that it was a new employee, still no excuse for messing up the order your math aint mathing. Please make it make sense.
The delivery driver Kiran was very kind and quick even called after I sent my boyfriend out to pick up the order to confirm I received it and picked up my call after when I had a question about a Missing item... Now as for the store or management.... I so far have called 3 times with no answer trying to get information about my missing item that was not given to Kiran to deliver I'm going to continue to call and hopefully the issue will be resolved

I'm not gonna lie in thought at 1 a.m.. They were gonna rush and make it horrible, but everything was hot, fresh, and neat it tasted amazing. I can only hope it don't change

Ordered at 10:00 they didn’t bother opening the doors until 11:00. Employee didn’t even seem to care and no one ever answers the phone. I’d rather eat literally anywhere else.

Place an order online this is the only store online says delivers to me. After paying and placing the order I get a call within 5 minutes saying as of Saturday they no longer deliver in my area which is 45216 store is less than 10 minutes away. They told us if we want deliver we had to pick another store. No other store delivers to us accept that store according to their website. Filed a complaint online aswell with corporate.
Tried the new stuff crust pizza...not impressed. It was undercooked, which left the cheese not melted
Ordered 2 pizzas, 8 piece honey BBQ wings, and some sort of cheesy bread thing. We waited 30 minutes for it to bake, and then headed up there. It got done as soon as we got there (arrived at the location at about 8:25). They didn't bring it out to us. I guess thats fine whatever, was told to wait outside by the app but okay. Go in (around 8:40-8:45) and they still take forever to get my food over to me. Got food and left finally at 8:55) What is this??? Why did we have to wait for so long? What is this service???
Pizza was good... but the wings had like MINIMAL amount of sauce. Like it looked like they put in half a sauce cup into the box. Why? just why??
Since the President's Day incident, they have been very good about delivering on time and meeting customer needs. Seems like they did a lot of process improvement. Definitely happy with the changes made since my used to be 1 star review was posted.
This is probably my third time ordering from this location and I'm honestly so impressed with this store! Not only has the pizza been perfect each time, but the delivery guy Ken was a total sweetie. So far, 10/10 for quality za and friendly staff 💕
