We have always frequented this dominos, but the past two times we ordered delivery they got our order wrong. No big deal, they are happy to fix it, BUT when we called they hung up on us…multiple times! Just disappointed…
My friend and I both ordered pan crust pizzas last night on separate orders. Got back to my house with them and found out they were hand-tossed crust, so I called and the manager on staff (Taylor) insisted I was wrong and was generally abrasive. Once she finally offered a credit, she hung up abruptly, so I called back to make sure she had the credits written down for both of us by name, which she said she did.

My brother is a combat veteran and cannot wear a mask due to severe PTSD and other medical issues. He is very understanding when it comes to those who do wear masks and is more than willing to follow accommodations businesses ask of him to keep social distancing guidelines in place.
