If I could give negative stars I would. Placed an order for delivery through the app for 2 medium pizzas at 5 pm. An hour later I looked at the tracker and it had not even left the store. I called to cancel the order and they said very rudely they had not even started the order that they would refund me. NEVER GO HERE there are too many good restaurants around

I usually don’t leave reviews just to complain but I was really disappointed that this Domino’s couldn’t even do the bare minimum. I walked in to pick up my pizza, walked up to the counter, and the guy working the counter just stared me down, not even a hello or a how can I help you? He just stared at me. When I took my pizza home it wasn’t even cut. LOL. This have never happened to me before. Pizza tasted fine and the order was correct, but this was probably one of the worst Domino’s experiences I’ve had.

I ordered one pizza at 7:30pm and it never came, the driver told me that my pizza had some issue and to call the store. We called more than 6 times and nobody answered. Horrible service, never order from this dominos!
Please avoid ordering from this company. I put in the order around 8p, the pizza arrived after 12:30am. The pizza arrived stiff and cold. I tried to call the store to cancel my order multiple times, but no one would answer the phone. I was unable to get a refund, but the company is offering discounts on the next order...There is not going to be a next order. There are better pizzerias on the area, avoid this company at all cost.

Never will order from here again. They messed up on my order and had to wait more time for them to remake it over and send back out. I been waiting all day after working to eat. And had the nerve to say I haven't been waiting long. Store on short vine is no good. Food not all that for real. I've had better in other locations.

We called to order for delivery ans they took all the info and gave us estimated time and the total charge. After 30 min we called to ask why they are late they said that they dont have our order and the name ia not in their system. Unprofessional employees.later they said they dont reach our zone. Then train your employees well. Kids were waiting for the pizza. They didnt even say sorry for that and didnt apologize or send the delivery again

This dominos is horrible. I waited over 3 hours for my pizza to be delivered. Was never delivered and then the driver turns out he tipped himself an extra $10. That’s insane. Not only am I reporting theft to the police for doing so on my card but I’m disputing it through my bank.
